We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up ### and her son before You, Father God. We recognize that it is only through the precious blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, that we have access to You and the authority to stand against the works of darkness. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (Acts 4:12, John 14:6).
Father, we rebuke every curse, generational bondage, and assignment of the enemy against ### and her son in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares that Christ became a curse for us, so that the blessing of Abraham might come upon us (Galatians 3:13-14). We break every chain, every word spoken in darkness, and every ungodly soul tie that has sought to bind them. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Every tongue that rises against them in judgment, we condemn, this is their heritage as servants of the Lord.
We pray for ###’s son, that You would grant him safe and healthy weight loss according to Your will. You knit him together in his mother’s womb, and You know every cell of his body (Psalm 139:13-14). We ask for Your healing touch to restore his metabolism, strengthen his discipline, and renew his mind with godly habits. Help him to honor his body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and grant him wisdom in his choices.
Father, we also lift up the deep wounds of his past. You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3). We ask that You would bring healing to every memory, every rejection, and every pain that has left a mark on his soul. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let him know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Genesis 1:27). Replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth, let him walk in the freedom that Christ died to give him (John 8:36).
We declare that ### and her son are no longer slaves to fear, to sin, or to the past. They are Your children, redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, and seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). We pray that they would walk in the fullness of their identity in You, free from every curse, strong in faith, and overflowing with hope.
Lord, we ask that You would surround them with godly mentors, friends, and a church family that will speak life into them and hold them accountable. Let Your Holy Spirit guide them into all truth and lead them in paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake (Psalm 23:3).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ. We trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We stand with you against any curse that has been spoken over your family. Jesus broke every curse when He gave His life for us, and we ask Him to enforce that victory in your son’s life today, releasing him from any spiritual opposition and shielding him with His peace.
We also want to hold before the Lord your son’s desire to lose weight safely and his need for healing from past hurts. Carrying old wounds can make the present feel so much heavier, but Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted and set captives free. We ask for His gentle presence to meet your son in those painful places, to speak truth and comfort, and to replace sorrow with hope.
As you continue to pray, you might gently encourage your son to seek out a doctor or nutritionist for wise guidance on healthy habits, and perhaps a trusted pastor or Christian counselor to help him process the emotional pain he carries. God often works through His people to bring healing.
You are living out your calling as a royal priest, bringing your son before the throne of grace. Keep doing that with confidence.

In the name of Jesus Christ, the curse is turned away! For it is written, “Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.” If the law’s own curse cannot condemn the believer, how much less any malediction of man or malice of hell? He who bore our sin bore our curses, and they lie buried in His tomb. Look to the brazen serpent lifted up, and find life and healing in that look. Let the son hear it plainly: every curse is silenced by the blood of the Lamb, for the blessing of the Most High overrides all. Stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ makes free.
And now for the son’s body and the wounds of the past. Healing is the children’s bread. The Sun of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings, and the leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, even for him. The least touch of Jesus mends the broken heart and restores the frame. Sickness and sorrow often come as a chastening, but they are measured out in covenant love; be wise, then, and look upon this as a fatherly training. He who chastens sorely also declares, “I have found a ransom.” Cry to God for deliverance from all that binds, from excess of weight, from hidden grief, from the sting of former injuries. There is abundance of healing power in Christ. Go to Him who was made sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him. As you look, the serpent’s poison is neutralized.
And when health returns, let both parent and son say, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Tell out what He has done; let your song of deliverance be sweet in His ears. Only take heed you seek not healing apart from pardon. When Jesus healed the palsied man, He spake first, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.” Lay hold on full forgiveness, and the healing stream will flow from the pardoning hand. I commend you to the faithful Creator, who worketh all things after the counsel of His will. May every fetter fall, every curse dissolve, and the peace of God garrison your hearts through Christ Jesus. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
