Pray for bobs deliverance from all addictions, sins, oppression, demons, curses and every unclean filthy thing that is attacking him in any way. Pray for God to fill him to full potency with light, his presence and all that he needs in him to make him as perfect, healthy and powerful inside his heart and soul as possible. Ask him to bless him as much as he can
