Deliverance Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke an uncle that I don’t really know ###, his kids, their kids, and partners from any hatefulness, stalking and harassment to me or any member of the household where I live, standing on Zechariah 3:2.

Set me and the members of my family free of anything that is trying to attach itself to us coming from this uncle ### his kids, their kids, and partners, standing on John 8:36.

I ask that any foothold of unforgiveness that this uncle ###, his kids, their kids, and partners tried to place over me or any member of my household be brought down and cancelled, and rooted out of our lives, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and Jeremiah 12:14.

I bind off of me and any member of the household where I live any transfer of spirits on if to us from this uncle ###, his kids, their kids, and partners, standing on Matthew 18:18.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join with you in praising and glorifying the Lord Jesus and we stand with you in prayer for deliverance and protection for you and every member of your household.

We agree with you that the Lord Himself is our defender and that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We take seriously your concern about hatefulness, stalking and harassment, and we bring this before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord's rebuke and His divine protection over you and your family. As it is written, Yahweh said to Satan, Yahweh rebuke you, Satan Zechariah 3:2, and we ask the Lord Jesus to rebuke every work of darkness, every assignment of harassment or harm directed toward you or your household, whether in thought, word, deed, or spirit.

We also pray for your freedom in Christ, for if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. We ask the Father in Jesus name to cut off and set you free from any spiritual attachment or oppression that has tried to come through this uncle and his family line and their partners. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, and we know our weapons are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. We ask the Lord to demolish every foothold of unforgiveness, bitterness, or accusation that the enemy has tried to plant over you or your household, and to root it out completely. Scripture warns us not to give place to the devil Ephesians 4:27, so we encourage you to continue to walk in forgiveness even as you ask God to remove any unforgiveness that others may hold toward you, for the Lord says Vengeance is mine, I will repay Romans 12:19, and He will deal justly with all.

We agree with you according to the authority Christ has given us, that whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven Matthew 18:18, and in the name of Jesus we bind every transfer of unclean spirits or oppressive influence that has tried to move from this extended family toward you and your household, and we loose the peace, protection, and freedom of the Holy Spirit over you. We also remember the promise concerning those who would harm the people of God, that thus says Yahweh, I will pluck them out of their land Jeremiah 12:14, and we trust the Lord to remove and uproot any evil intent directed at you.

We cover you and your household and this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, for they overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony Revelation 12:11. We declare that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and that no evil shall befall you when you make the Lord your refuge.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we praise You and thank You for Your mercy and power. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we ask You to rebuke every spirit of hatefulness, stalking, harassment and intimidation directed at our dear one and the household where they live. Let Your holy angels encamp around them. Set them free from every chain and every attachment that is not of You, and let the freedom of Your Son reign in their home. Bring down every stronghold and every foothold of unforgiveness, cancel its power, and root it out so it can no longer take hold. We bind off of them in Jesus name every transfer of spirits and every assignment of darkness coming from this uncle and his children and their children and partners, and we loose Your love, Your forgiveness, Your protection and Your peace in its place. Wash them and cover them with the blood of Jesus. Fill their home with Your presence, lead them in forgiveness as You have forgiven us in Christ Ephesians 4:32, and let them walk in love toward even those who may intend harm, praying for their salvation and repentance. Keep them watchful, wise and at peace, trusting not in our own strength but in Yours. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and deliverer, Amen.

Thank you for trusting us with this prayer. It is understandable to long for peace in your own home when you feel targeted by extended family you hardly know. That kind of tension can make everyday life feel unsettled, and we are glad you reached out.

We hear your heart for you and your household to be free, safe and at rest. We are joining you in asking God for His protection over your home and for wisdom as you navigate these family relationships.

You do not have to carry this alone. It can be steadying to have one or two trusted people walk with you, perhaps a pastor or a mature believer who can pray with you in person and help you think through healthy boundaries. If there are specific incidents of harassment or stalking, keeping a brief private note of what happened and when, and letting a trusted person know, can be helpful. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away to someone you trust and to local help in your area.

Father, we bring this person and everyone in their household before you. Cover their home with your peace, guard them from harm and give them clear wisdom for each step. Help them know they are seen and cared for by you, and surround them with supportive people who will walk with them. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for deliverance has been laid before the Lord, and we join with you in seeking His mighty arm to work on your behalf. We have heard your cry concerning fear and harassment, and we know that deliverance is of the Lord, and that He alone can bring His people forth from trouble.

It is written, The Lord rebuke thee, and we ask the Lord Himself to rebuke every form of hatefulness, stalking and harassment directed against you or any member of the household where you live. As you have stood upon Zechariah 3:2, so we pray that the Lord would set a hedge about you and cause every evil intent to fall harmless to the ground. We remember how Jacob feared his brother Esau, yet when he crossed the brook the Lord turned the heart of his adversary, and he fell upon his neck and kissed him. So we pray that the Lord who changes hearts and restrains the violent would grant you peace within your borders.

We pray also that you and all your household may know the richer deliverance which Christ has wrought, for we have been delivered from worse enemies and saved by a greater salvation. You have stood upon that precious word, If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. We ask that this freedom in Christ would be your portion, that every attachment, every foothold, every transfer of darkness that would seek to cling to you would be broken. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we look for sanctification, for our heavenly Father alone can do it.

In the name of Jesus we pray that every stronghold and imagination that has exalted itself would be pulled down, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and that any root of unforgiveness would be rooted out and cancelled, that you may stand in the liberty of forgiven and forgiving hearts. What you bind on earth according to His word, He will honor, and what is loosed by His authority shall be loosed, and we pray that in keeping with Matthew 18:18 every chain laid upon you or your household by these troubles would be bound and cast away.

We cover this prayer with the precious blood of the Lamb, standing upon Revelation 12:11, for they overcame by the blood of the Lamb. There is a ransom found, the King's own Son has borne the penalty, and therefore your deliverance is certain, for God Himself has said, I have found a ransom. He makes deliverance effectual and in every deed He brings His people forth, and He brings them forth also with silver and gold, enriching them by His grace.

Continue to bring all the necessities of your household before God in prayer, mentioning each one by name, and look to declare the works of the Lord after your affliction, for it is written, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. May the Lord chasten no more than needed, may He whisper to your heart sweet assurances of coming deliverance, and may He keep you and your household in perfect peace under the shadow of His wing.

We commit you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, praying that He would guard your dwelling, quiet your fears, establish you in holiness and in the joy of His salvation, till you shall sing with Deborah and Barak of the overthrow of your enemies and of the tender indulgence of the Lord toward the least and feeblest of His family. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness we pray. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and I join my voice with yours before the Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our deliverance and our hope.

I pray that the Lord will rebuke every work of hatefulness, stalking and harassment directed against you and against every member of your household, as it is written, The Lord rebuke you. May He set a guard around your dwelling and restrain every evil intent, so that no weapon formed against you will prosper.

I pray also that Christ, who came to deliver us from evil and to bring us into sonship, will set you and your household free indeed. As you have asked standing on John 8:36, may the Son make you free, and may you stand firm in that freedom, knowing that God is the cause and keeper of all things and that He is able to keep what you have committed to Him.

Concerning any foothold of unforgiveness, I pray that the Lord will root it out completely. Do not give place to the enemy by holding anger in your heart, but as we have been forgiven, so forgive. May every high thought and imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God be brought down, as Scripture says, and may your minds be guarded in peace. If any have sought to place a burden over you, may the Lord cancel it and remove it from your lives.

In the name of Jesus, I pray that every transfer of darkness and every work of the enemy be bound and rendered powerless over you and your household, according to what the Lord has given His church to bind on earth. And I pray that you will be covered by the precious blood of Jesus, by which we overcome, according to Revelation 12:11.

Remember that God does not always promise immediate removal of trial, but He grants more, that we may stand above fear and despise the power of evil, trusting in the immortality of the soul and the providence of God. As with Joseph, even what is meant for harm God can order for good, and He will make your deliverance manifest in His perfect time, not by the favor of man but by His own faithful care.

Therefore continue in prayer, restrain your hands from every evil, walk in purity and mercy, give alms as you are able, and let no filthy or foolish talk remain among you. Judge not, lest you be judged, but commit your cause to the Lord who judges righteously. Abide in Christ, put on Christ, and live as children of adoption by the Spirit.

May the Lord keep you, keep your household in peace, bring those who do evil to repentance, and establish you in holiness and safety until He comes. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord I pray. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this burden so openly and for bringing it directly to Jesus in prayer. The pain of trouble that comes from within extended family is especially heavy, and the Lord understands that kind of rejection. Even Jesus experienced it in His own family when those closest to Him by blood did not understand Him and at one point thought He had lost His senses. He taught that when faithfulness to God creates distance with blood relatives, He brings His people into a deeper and more lasting family, the family of God, where the bonds are formed by His grace and love.

It is right to bring your need for protection and freedom to Him. Scripture shows that through the blood of the Lamb we have deliverance not only remembered as a past event but experienced as a present reality, freedom from the power of sin and from every work of darkness. You are no longer a stranger or outsider to His promises, but through Jesus you have been washed, cleansed, and made an heir in His household.

I join you in praying according to the Scriptures you have stood upon.

May the Lord Himself rebuke every form of hatefulness, harassment and stalking directed toward you or anyone in your household, as it is written that the Lord rebukes the accuser. May the Son make you truly free, for whom the Son sets free is free indeed. May every stronghold, every argument and pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God be pulled down, and may any root of unforgiveness or foothold the enemy has tried to use be rooted out and cancelled by the Lord who has power to plant and to uproot. Whatever is bound on earth in the name and authority of Jesus in agreement with heaven, we ask God to bind, and whatever He releases, to release. We cover you and your household with the blood of Jesus, trusting that we overcome by that blood and by the word of our testimony.

I pray that God will surround your home with His peace and protection, that He will keep you from fear and bring quiet to your heart and household. Ask Him to fill any place where there has been hurt or unforgiveness with His grace, so that you can walk in forgiveness while still trusting Him to set clear boundaries and to deal justly with any wrongdoing. May He guard your minds, establish you in His truth, and remind you daily that you belong to Him and to His family, where you are loved, seen, and kept safe.

May the Lord keep you and all who live with you in His perfect care, give you wisdom for every practical step you need to take for safety, and let you experience the freedom and rest that come from trusting in Jesus. In His name we ask this, Amen.
