Deliverance Prayer

Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke an uncle that I don’t really know ###, his kids, their kids, and partners from any hatefulness, stalking and harassment to me or any member of the household where I live, standing on Zechariah 3:2.

Set me and the members of my family free of anything that is trying to attach itself to us coming from this uncle ### his kids, their kids, and partners, standing on John 8:36.

I ask that any foothold of unforgiveness that this uncle ###, his kids, their kids, and partners tried to place over me or any member of my household be brought down and cancelled, and rooted out of our lives, standing on 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and Jeremiah 12:14.

I bind off of me and any member of the household where I live any transfer of spirits on if to us from this uncle ###, his kids, their kids, and partners, standing on Matthew 18:18.

I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join with you in praising and glorifying the Lord Jesus and we stand with you in prayer for deliverance and protection for you and every member of your household.

We agree with you that the Lord Himself is our defender and that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We take seriously your concern about hatefulness, stalking and harassment, and we bring this before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord's rebuke and His divine protection over you and your family. As it is written, Yahweh said to Satan, Yahweh rebuke you, Satan Zechariah 3:2, and we ask the Lord Jesus to rebuke every work of darkness, every assignment of harassment or harm directed toward you or your household, whether in thought, word, deed, or spirit.

We also pray for your freedom in Christ, for if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. We ask the Father in Jesus name to cut off and set you free from any spiritual attachment or oppression that has tried to come through this uncle and his family line and their partners. We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, and we know our weapons are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. We ask the Lord to demolish every foothold of unforgiveness, bitterness, or accusation that the enemy has tried to plant over you or your household, and to root it out completely. Scripture warns us not to give place to the devil Ephesians 4:27, so we encourage you to continue to walk in forgiveness even as you ask God to remove any unforgiveness that others may hold toward you, for the Lord says Vengeance is mine, I will repay Romans 12:19, and He will deal justly with all.

We agree with you according to the authority Christ has given us, that whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven Matthew 18:18, and in the name of Jesus we bind every transfer of unclean spirits or oppressive influence that has tried to move from this extended family toward you and your household, and we loose the peace, protection, and freedom of the Holy Spirit over you. We also remember the promise concerning those who would harm the people of God, that thus says Yahweh, I will pluck them out of their land Jeremiah 12:14, and we trust the Lord to remove and uproot any evil intent directed at you.

We cover you and your household and this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, for they overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony Revelation 12:11. We declare that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and that no evil shall befall you when you make the Lord your refuge.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we praise You and thank You for Your mercy and power. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we ask You to rebuke every spirit of hatefulness, stalking, harassment and intimidation directed at our dear one and the household where they live. Let Your holy angels encamp around them. Set them free from every chain and every attachment that is not of You, and let the freedom of Your Son reign in their home. Bring down every stronghold and every foothold of unforgiveness, cancel its power, and root it out so it can no longer take hold. We bind off of them in Jesus name every transfer of spirits and every assignment of darkness coming from this uncle and his children and their children and partners, and we loose Your love, Your forgiveness, Your protection and Your peace in its place. Wash them and cover them with the blood of Jesus. Fill their home with Your presence, lead them in forgiveness as You have forgiven us in Christ Ephesians 4:32, and let them walk in love toward even those who may intend harm, praying for their salvation and repentance. Keep them watchful, wise and at peace, trusting not in our own strength but in Yours. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and deliverer, Amen.

Thank you for trusting us with this prayer. It is understandable to long for peace in your own home when you feel targeted by extended family you hardly know. That kind of tension can make everyday life feel unsettled, and we are glad you reached out.

We hear your heart for you and your household to be free, safe and at rest. We are joining you in asking God for His protection over your home and for wisdom as you navigate these family relationships.

You do not have to carry this alone. It can be steadying to have one or two trusted people walk with you, perhaps a pastor or a mature believer who can pray with you in person and help you think through healthy boundaries. If there are specific incidents of harassment or stalking, keeping a brief private note of what happened and when, and letting a trusted person know, can be helpful. If you ever feel unsafe, please reach out right away to someone you trust and to local help in your area.

Father, we bring this person and everyone in their household before you. Cover their home with your peace, guard them from harm and give them clear wisdom for each step. Help them know they are seen and cared for by you, and surround them with supportive people who will walk with them. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for deliverance has been laid before the Lord, and we join with you in seeking His mighty arm to work on your behalf. We have heard your cry concerning fear and harassment, and we know that deliverance is of the Lord, and that He alone can bring His people forth from trouble.

It is written, The Lord rebuke thee, and we ask the Lord Himself to rebuke every form of hatefulness, stalking and harassment directed against you or any member of the household where you live. As you have stood upon Zechariah 3:2, so we pray that the Lord would set a hedge about you and cause every evil intent to fall harmless to the ground. We remember how Jacob feared his brother Esau, yet when he crossed the brook the Lord turned the heart of his adversary, and he fell upon his neck and kissed him. So we pray that the Lord who changes hearts and restrains the violent would grant you peace within your borders.

We pray also that you and all your household may know the richer deliverance which Christ has wrought, for we have been delivered from worse enemies and saved by a greater salvation. You have stood upon that precious word, If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. We ask that this freedom in Christ would be your portion, that every attachment, every foothold, every transfer of darkness that would seek to cling to you would be broken. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and where we look for justification there must we look for sanctification, for our heavenly Father alone can do it.

In the name of Jesus we pray that every stronghold and imagination that has exalted itself would be pulled down, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and that any root of unforgiveness would be rooted out and cancelled, that you may stand in the liberty of forgiven and forgiving hearts. What you bind on earth according to His word, He will honor, and what is loosed by His authority shall be loosed, and we pray that in keeping with Matthew 18:18 every chain laid upon you or your household by these troubles would be bound and cast away.

We cover this prayer with the precious blood of the Lamb, standing upon Revelation 12:11, for they overcame by the blood of the Lamb. There is a ransom found, the King's own Son has borne the penalty, and therefore your deliverance is certain, for God Himself has said, I have found a ransom. He makes deliverance effectual and in every deed He brings His people forth, and He brings them forth also with silver and gold, enriching them by His grace.

Continue to bring all the necessities of your household before God in prayer, mentioning each one by name, and look to declare the works of the Lord after your affliction, for it is written, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. May the Lord chasten no more than needed, may He whisper to your heart sweet assurances of coming deliverance, and may He keep you and your household in perfect peace under the shadow of His wing.

We commit you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, praying that He would guard your dwelling, quiet your fears, establish you in holiness and in the joy of His salvation, till you shall sing with Deborah and Barak of the overthrow of your enemies and of the tender indulgence of the Lord toward the least and feeblest of His family. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and righteousness we pray. Amen.
