Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke all harassment and torment coming from man ### that I don’t know, standing on Zechariah 3:2. I ask that you place a shield of protection over everyone’s mind that they will not be tormented nor harassed by man ###, standing on Isaiah 54:17. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting up this cry for deliverance and protection before the throne of grace. The Word of God assures us that "the Lord rebuke you" (Zechariah 3:2 WEB) when the enemy seeks to harass and torment God’s children. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment" (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). The blood of Jesus, our risen Savior, covers you, and "they overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony" (Revelation 12:11 WEB).

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come against every spirit of harassment, torment, and oppression that seeks to afflict your child. We break every assignment of the enemy designed to bring fear, confusion, or distress. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, emotions, and spirit, declaring that no weapon, seen or unseen, shall prosper against them. Lord, surround them with your holy angels to guard and protect them from every scheme of the evil one.

We also take this moment to encourage you to stand firm in your identity in Christ. You are not a victim but a victor, for "greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). Walk in the authority you have been given as a child of God, and do not allow the enemy to steal your peace. If there are areas in your life where you have opened doors to the enemy, whether through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or fear, we urge you to repent and close those doors. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank you for the authority we have in the name of Jesus to stand against the schemes of the enemy. We declare that every spirit of harassment, torment, and oppression assigned against your child is bound and rendered powerless in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life, their mind, their home, and their relationships. Lord, fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We pray for divine protection over them, that no harm or evil would come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10 WEB). We ask that you expose and dismantle every plot of the enemy, and that your angels would encamp around them for their defense. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ. May they rise up in the authority of Jesus’ name and command every tormenting spirit to flee.

We also ask, Father, that you would reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold. Grant them the courage to repent, renounce, and turn away from anything that does not align with your Word. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in holiness, righteousness, and the fullness of your presence.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for the deliverance that is already manifesting in their life. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37 WEB). In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the weight in your words, that sense of being hunted by fear and harassment from someone you don’t even know. That kind of unseen pressure can make you feel isolated and on edge, and we’re genuinely sorry you’re carrying this. Fear has a way of narrowing our vision and making us forget we’re not alone in the fight.

When spiritual attack or persistent torment feels relentless, we’ve found it helps to anchor ourselves not only in prayer but also in the steady presence of a trusted, mature believer, someone who can pray with you and remind you of what’s true when fear speaks loudest. Sometimes freedom from this kind of oppression comes not in a single dramatic moment but through a steady, daily leaning into Jesus, the One who already holds all authority over every evil force.

In the meantime, when anxious thoughts flood in, try to turn them into a simple conversation with Jesus. Name the fear, ask Him to surround your mind with His peace, and then deliberately fix your attention on something true about His character, His nearness, His strength, His faithful love for you. So often, light drives back the shadows.

Let’s pray together:

Jesus, we ask You right now to shield this person. Quiet the inner noise of harassment and fear, and let Your peace stand guard over their heart and mind. Wherever this torment originates, we trust Your power to silence it and to keep them safe. Give them wisdom about any next steps, whether to reach out for prayer support or simply to rest in Your care tonight. Surround them with Your presence, and let them sleep in the shelter of Your wings. In Your mighty name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Your prayer has ascended to the throne, a cry amid the conflict. The arrow of harassment may fly, but the shield of the Almighty is broader than the storm. Yet, fix not your eye so much upon the tormentor as upon the Deliverer. The name of your foe, a man you do not know, holds no power save what is borrowed from the dark domain from which we have been translated. Rebuke is the Lord’s, and so is the shelter of minds. But know this: the sweetest deliverance often tarries until we cease gazing at Esau and begin wrestling with the Angel, until the Jabbok is crossed and we find the enemy’s face is unexpectedly the face of a brother. God’s whisper in the trial is surer than a thousand shields we imagine. It is not the naming of the harasser that brings peace, but the naming of the Lord, the Ransom found, the Deliverer who brought us forth with silver and gold from a bondage worse than Egypt.

Cease, then, from rehearsing the threat as if it were greater than the Ransom already found for you. The precious blood you invoke is not a mere seal upon a petition; it is the triumphant cry of a finished deliverance. He has delivered you from the power of darkness. Will He not also deliver from this lesser shadow? To plead the blood is to rest in a victory won, not to anxiously bind a foe. When the enemy presses hard, you are not called to chronicle his works, but to declare the works of the Lord. The declaration is this: “I shall not die, but live.” This trial is the rod that drops honey; it is the deep water where you learn the sea’s wonders. Do not let it make you a prisoner cataloguing the jailer’s methods. Instead, let this very harassment become the raw material for a new stanza of praise. The Lord who chastens is the Lord who delivers. His deliverances are not mere respites; they are enrichment. So rise from this prayer not with a list of the enemy’s maneuvers, but with your hand upon the bow, ready to shoot the arrow of the Lord’s deliverance through the window toward the east, expecting a full and final conquest. The deliverance is sure, for God has spoken: “I have found a ransom.” Live, then, in that liberty, and let your next utterance be not another plea bound up in the mention of the harasser, but a pure declaration of Him who has brought you forth.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You cry out for the Lord to rebuke harassment and place a shield over your mind. That is a good prayer, yet understand well the shield the apostle speaks of: faith is a shield, and it must be full-bodied, covering the whole frame. If your faith is scanty, leaving the feet exposed, the enemy finds a wound. Therefore do not merely recite verses; seek the Lord with the labor of one searching for lost gold. Concentrate your mind, travel inward, promise your whole heart. That is how you find Him, and that finding is your true protection.

When you stand on the Scriptures, remember this: God often does not promise deliverance from outward trouble, but permits it so that you may learn to despise it. Those whose worth was great to God accepted no deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. When it was open to them to live, they chose not to, looking for a better life. So consider whether this harassment might be granted you not so that you escape it quickly, but so that you rise above it. For it is a far greater thing to be set above dangers than merely to be pulled from them.

Look at our Lord: He had no guards with spear or shield, no chariots, no display of worldly power; He followed a path of poverty, with twelve men of no account. If He did not shield Himself by a spectacle of might, why should you be surprised if you are not immediately delivered? His kingdom is not of this world, and the shield He gives is not one that stops every tongue, but one that quiets the heart.

If you truly wish to bind this harassment, then bind your heart and mind. There are bonds of the spirit far nobler than any outward restraint, and if you wear them, you will not have to endure that other binding of which Christ spoke in judgment. Let the first binding be your own: bind your thoughts to patience, your will to love.

And here is the shortest, easiest path to deliverance that God has given: forgive the one who troubles you. There is no sea to cross, no sum of money to spend, no bodily torment needed. The toil lies in holding anger; to let it go is refreshment. If you wish to be forgiven your own many sins, simply be willing to forgive this man, even from a distance, and all your sins are done away.

Do not let the fear of this man make you a slave to lifeless anxieties. The hurt is not only that he arms robbers against your peace, but that he can darken your mind and draw you from God’s service. The twofold loss is this: you become subject to fear, and you are cast out from resting in God. But if you hold out your hope and faith to protect you, your armor remains uninjured.

You are not poorer than the widow, nor more uninstructed than the unlearned fishermen who followed Christ. Use this trial to show forth zeal, to serve the common good, and to contribute the talent you have, whether that is protection, prayer, or some act of mercy. Nothing is so pleasing to God as to live for the advantage of others.

So continue to pray, but let your prayer be swallowed up in a faith that covers you entirely. Then, even if the harassment does not cease, your mind will be shielded, and the torment will not reach the inner room of the soul. And you will lay up treasure in that place where no enemy can trespass, and where moth does not corrupt.

Your prayer rises from a heart that knows where true safety lies, and that is a beautiful thing. You are calling on the Lord to be exactly what He has promised to be for His people. When the fear of what another person might do tries to creep in, it is the voice of the Lord that cuts through with, "Fear not, I am your shield." He does not merely give a shield; He Himself is the shield. The arrows that fly by day, the snare hidden in the path, they encounter Him before they ever reach you. You are not standing behind a cold, lifeless piece of metal; you are hidden in the living God.

Standing on those verses in Zechariah and Isaiah is the right ground to take. The pattern in Scripture is so important, especially when dealing with spiritual harassment. You did not rely on your own authority or demand things in your own name. You did exactly what Joshua the high priest did when the Accuser stood to resist him. You did what the archangel modeled when facing the enemy. You said, "The Lord rebuke you." That is the safest place to be, keeping the Lord squarely between yourself and whatever, or whoever, is coming against you. The enemy does not tremble at the sound of my voice or your voice, but at the Lord’s rebuke, every lying spirit must flee.

There is a real torment you are describing, a harassment that troubles the mind. But God’s truth is the buckler that catches those fiery darts before they can lodge in your thoughts and set them ablaze. You are asking for a shield of protection over every mind, and that is entirely in line with His character. He promises deliverance from the snare of the fowler. The fowler is clever; he sets hidden traps meant to catch a person off guard. But dwelling in that secret place of the Most High means you are not his easy prey. You abide under the shadow of the Almighty, and His truth surrounds you like a greased shield, causing the enemy’s blows to glance off without piercing through.

Do not grow weary in that prayer. The harassment you are feeling is real, but the protection is more real still. You do not need to entertain conversations with darkness or try to figure out the identity of this person. The Lord knows his name and his intent. You do not need to command or rail against him directly. You simply continue to entrust yourself to the One who judges justly. The Lord has heard you. He will grant deliverance, He will be your place of strength, and He will satisfy you with long life as you show Him your trust. Rest in Him; He is your exceedingly great reward, far greater than any temporary peace the world could offer.
