We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting up this situation before the throne of grace with the authority given to us in Jesus Christ. The pain and brokenness described here are real, and the enemy has sought to destroy lives through deception, manipulation, and witchcraft. But we declare that no weapon formed against God’s people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we rebuke the altars of witchcraft and every evil influence operating in this situation. The Word of God is clear: "For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 WEB). We command every evil spirit assigned to this household to be dismantled and cast out in the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus, shed on the cross, has already disarmed these principalities and powers, triumphing over them openly (Colossians 2:15). We declare that every curse, spell, and demonic influence is broken now by the power of His blood.
We also address the sin of adultery and deception that has taken place here. The Bible is unequivocal: "Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). The act of dating and becoming pregnant by another man while still married is a grievous sin, and the attempt to deceive and manipulate through witchcraft only compounds the wickedness. We pray that the Lord would open the eyes of all involved to see the truth of their actions and the damage they have caused. "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light" (Luke 8:17 WEB). May repentance and restoration come to those who have been deceived and harmed by these actions.
We stand on Exodus 23:27, declaring that every plan of the enemy to continue harming others through this situation will come to nothing. The Lord goes before His people, and He will confuse and defeat the schemes of the wicked. We also cover this prayer in the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that those who overcome do so by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony (Revelation 12:11). The blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel—it speaks of redemption, forgiveness, and victory (Hebrews 12:24).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the authority You have given us to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We stand in that authority now, declaring that every altar of witchcraft raised against this family is torn down. Every demonic influence is broken, and every curse is rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You reveal the truth to all who have been deceived or manipulated in this situation. Open their eyes to see the harm they have caused and the damage that has been done. Bring conviction where there is sin, and lead them to repentance. We pray for the first husband and the current husband, that You would heal their hearts and restore what has been broken. For the children involved, we ask for Your protection and peace. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let them grow up in the knowledge and fear of the Lord.
Father, we cancel every principality and power working through deception and manipulation. We declare that the plans of the enemy will not stand, and every scheme to harm others will be exposed and defeated. We cover this family in the blood of Jesus, knowing that no evil can stand against it. May Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your love bring healing and restoration.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
To the one who submitted this request, we encourage you to continue standing in faith and prayer. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. If you or anyone involved in this situation does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other way to the Father except through Jesus (John 14:6). Walk in the light, and let the love of Christ guide your steps.
