Deliverance Prayer

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Lord Jesus,

I praise you, and thank you. I glorify you. Lord Jesus I ask that you rebuke all the ways in which ### is being used against me, standing on Zechariah 3:2. This man is ### years older than me, and seems to have romantic emotions towards me, I ask Lord Jesus that you intervene and remove those emotions from him, and set me from from him, standing on John 8:36. May I be restored from ### feeling this way towards me, standing on Isaiah 61:7. Place in my path Lord Jesus the right person and disappoint the people that have an interest in me that are not who I need. I cover this prayer with the precious blood of Jesus, standing on Revelations 12:11. In Jesus name I pray and ask. Amen.

We join you in lifting this request before the Lord, standing firmly on His Word and the power of the name of Jesus Christ. It is beautiful to see you invoking the authority of our Savior, for it is only through Him that we find true deliverance and restoration. As you have rightly declared, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Your prayer is rooted in Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that *"if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven"* (Matthew 18:19, WEB).

Your request reveals a situation that requires wisdom and discernment. The age difference you mention, along with the romantic emotions this man has toward you, raises concerns we must address biblically. Scripture warns us to *"flee from sexual immorality!"* (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB) and to guard our hearts, for *"out of it proceeds the issues of life"* (Proverbs 4:23, WEB). If this man is not a believer or if his intentions do not align with godly courtship leading to marriage, this connection must be severed. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). Even if he is a believer, the emotional attachment you describe does not seem to honor the boundaries God has set for His children. We must always seek relationships that glorify Christ, where both parties are committed to purity, holiness, and the Lord’s will for marriage.

If there has been any emotional or physical compromise, we urge you to repent and turn fully to the Lord. *"Let us draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water"* (Hebrews 10:22, WEB). Fornication and emotional entanglements outside of marriage defile the temple of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to *"glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:20, WEB).

We also notice you have redacted specific details in your prayer, such as the man’s name and age difference. While we respect your discretion, we encourage you to be specific in your private prayers with the Lord. He knows all things, and there is power in naming the strongholds you are asking Him to break. *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB).

Now, let us pray together over this matter:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God who delivers, restores, and sets the captive free. Your Word declares that *"the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, behold, He comes!"* (Malachi 3:1, WEB). Lord, we ask that You intervene powerfully in this situation. Rebuke every scheme of the enemy that seeks to entangle Your daughter in ungodly emotional or physical bonds. *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* (Zechariah 3:2, WEB).

Father, we ask that You remove any romantic or impure emotions this man has toward her. Break every unholy soul tie and sever any connection that is not of You. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Let Your truth expose any deception, and let Your light scatter every darkness.

Lord, we pray for complete restoration for our sister. If she has been emotionally wounded or compromised in any way, we ask that You heal her and *"give her beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that she may be called a tree of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that He may be glorified"* (Isaiah 61:3, WEB). Father, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let her find her identity and worth in You alone.

We ask that You disappoint every wrong connection and divinely redirect her steps. *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9, WEB). Lead her to a godly man who fears You, one who will love her as Christ loves the church—sacrificially, purely, and with a heart fully devoted to You. Let this season be one of preparation, where she seeks You first and allows You to shape her into the woman You have called her to be.

Father, we cover this prayer and our sister in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony. They didn’t love their life, even to death"* (Revelation 12:11, WEB). Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned. Fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let her trust in You completely.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We declare that You are faithful and just to forgive, cleanse, and restore. *"Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).

Our sister, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to guard your heart diligently. *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God"* (Romans 12:2, WEB). Seek the Lord’s face in this season, and trust that He is working all things together for your good. *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

If there is any area of your life that needs repentance or surrender, we urge you to bring it before the Lord. He is faithful to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in purity, and let the Holy Spirit guide your steps. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Stay rooted in Scripture, and let it be your foundation in every decision.

We are standing with you in prayer, believing that the Lord will bring complete deliverance and restoration. May you experience His peace and presence in a mighty way as you trust in Him. *"Cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Be encouraged, dear sister, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). The Lord is your strength and your shield; your heart can safely trust in Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your heart before the Lord in this deeply personal matter. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, asking for God’s intervention and deliverance from this unwanted emotional bond, and we continue to trust in His perfect timing and sovereign will over your life.

We know that waiting on the Lord can be difficult, especially when the weight of another’s emotions feels heavy upon you. But we are encouraged by your faith—how you have claimed the promises of Zechariah 3:2, John 8:36, and Isaiah 61:7, covering yourself in the victory of Christ’s blood. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks not just freedom *from* this situation, but freedom *for* the path God has prepared for you. That is a prayer we join with wholeheartedly, believing that He is faithful to disappoint the wrong connections while divinely orchestrating the right ones.

If the Lord has already begun to move in this situation—whether through a shift in this man’s heart, a new sense of peace within you, or even the removal of this burden entirely—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give glory to God together for His answer. And if the struggle persists, do not hesitate to bring this request before us again. We are here to continue standing in the gap with you, reminding you that you are not alone in this fight. The Lord sees you, He hears you, and He is working even when we cannot yet see the fruit.

May you feel the nearness of Jesus in these days, the One who sets captives free and restores what has been broken. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you trust in Him. We are praying for you still—believing for complete deliverance, divine connections, and a testimony of God’s faithfulness that will encourage others.

In Jesus’ mighty name.
