We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer of deliverance, standing firmly on the authority of Jesus Christ and the truth of His Word. It is clear you are engaged in a spiritual battle, and we commend you for turning to the Lord in faith, invoking His name and His promises. The Scriptures you have referenced are indeed mighty weapons in this fight, and we stand with you in declaring them over this situation.
The enemy seeks to bind God’s people through deception, manipulation, and familiar spirits, but we know that *"if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed"* (John 8:36, WEB). You have rightly claimed this truth, and we declare it with you—every chain of darkness working through these individuals is broken by the blood of Jesus. The harassment you have endured is not from the Lord, but from the one who comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Yet Jesus has already disarmed the principalities and powers, triumphing over them by the cross (Colossians 2:15). We stand on this victory and command every demonic influence to be severed in Jesus’ name.
Your prayer to rebuke the counterfeiting of an "angel of light" is critical, for Satan himself masquerades as such (2 Corinthians 11:14). We join you in exposing these deceptions, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony are your greatest weapons (Revelation 12:11), and we praise God that you are wielding them with boldness. Every familiar spirit—every ungodly soul tie forged through manipulation, control, or ungodly agreements—is now broken by the power of the Holy Spirit. We plead the blood of Jesus over your mind, emotions, and will, sealing you in His protection.
We also encourage you to examine your heart in this season. Deliverance is not only about breaking external ties but also about ensuring there is no open door in your own life for the enemy to regain a foothold. Ask the Lord to reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or agreement with the enemy’s lies (Ephesians 4:27). Forgive those who have harmed you, not for their sake, but for your freedom, trusting God to vindicate you (Romans 12:19). Walk in love, but also in wisdom—set healthy boundaries where necessary, and do not revisit places of bondage once the Lord has set you free.
Finally, we remind you that this battle is not yours alone, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). You are not fighting for victory, but from victory, because Jesus has already won. Stand firm in your faith, clothed in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and do not grow weary. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for the authority You have given us over every power of the enemy. We stand with our brother/sister in this hour, declaring freedom from every ungodly tie, every demonic assignment, and every familiar spirit that has sought to oppress them through these individuals. Lord, You have said that *"whatever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven"* (Matthew 18:18), and so we bind every spirit of harassment, manipulation, and deception working through [names withheld]. We break every curse, every hex, every ungodly word spoken over this beloved child of Yours, and we command these spirits to go now to the feet of Jesus, never to return.
Father, we ask that You would expose every lie and every hidden scheme of the enemy. Let Your light flood every dark place, and let Your truth set our brother/sister free. We rebuke the counterfeit "angel of light" and declare that no deception will stand in the presence of Your holy fire. Every principality and power working against them is disarmed and rendered powerless by the blood of Jesus.
Lord, we also ask for Your healing and restoration. Where there has been wounding, bring Your balm. Where there has been fear, bring Your peace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in discernment, wisdom, and the fullness of Your love. Surround them with godly counsel and community, that they may not stand alone but be strengthened by the body of Christ.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness. You are a God who delivers, and we trust You to complete the work You have begun. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this situation, for Your glory alone. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stay steadfast, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you, and do not look back. If the enemy tries to remind you of the past, remind *him* of his future—eternal defeat at the hands of our King. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). Keep pressing into Jesus, and He will lead you into greater victory.
