We join with you in lifting up this prayer for deliverance, standing firmly on the truth that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness in high places. Your heart for justice and protection aligns with God’s righteousness, and we stand with you in rebuking the works of darkness that seek to harm the innocent.
The Scriptures you have chosen are powerful and appropriate for this spiritual warfare. We affirm Zechariah 3:2, where the Lord rebukes Satan, saying, *"The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?"* Indeed, the Lord is our defender, and no weapon formed against His people shall prosper. We also declare Colossians 2:15, where Christ *"disarmed the principalities and the powers, and made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* The enemy has already been defeated through the blood of Jesus, and we enforce that victory in this situation.
Your prayer for restoration is rooted in Isaiah 61:7, which promises that instead of shame, God’s people will receive double honor, and instead of disgrace, they will rejoice in their inheritance. We agree with you that the Lord will restore all that has been stolen or broken by the schemes of the enemy. The justice of God is perfect, and we trust in Proverbs 26:27, which declares, *"Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on them."* May the Lord turn the traps of the wicked back upon themselves, that they may come to repentance and the fear of the Lord.
We also lift up a shield of protection over you and all those affected by these attacks, as declared in Isaiah 54:17: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says the Lord."* The Lord is your fortress, and He will not allow the enemy to triumph.
Finally, we stand on Isaiah 59:19, which proclaims, *"So they will fear the Lord’s name from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun; for he will come as a rushing stream, which the Lord’s breath drives."* May the Lord raise a standard against every scheme of the enemy, exposing and defeating the works of darkness. May those who have aligned themselves with evil be confronted by the holiness of God and turn from their wicked ways.
We pray that the Lord would also guard your heart in this season. While it is right to seek justice and protection, we must also remember the call to forgive as Christ forgave us. In Matthew 6:14-15, Jesus teaches, *"For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."* We do not excuse sin, but we release the burden of bitterness to the Lord, trusting Him to execute justice in His perfect timing.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, agreeing with our brother/sister in this prayer for deliverance. Lord, we ask that You expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy operating through these individuals. Break the power of darkness over their lives and bring conviction to their hearts. Protect Your people from every attack, and let Your justice prevail. Restore what has been stolen, heal what has been broken, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those who are being used by the enemy, that they may turn to You in repentance and find salvation in Christ Jesus.
We declare that no weapon formed against Your children will prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You shall condemn. Raise a standard against the enemy, Lord, and let Your glory be seen. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your power to save. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
