Deliverance prayer for the former ###

Kensem

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the cross and for the fact that your holy Son, Jesus, suffered for all of us who believe. We praise your holy name. Lord, you know the plans you have for us, and your thoughts are far greater than ours. We come to you together in the name of Jesus, believing that you hear our prayers when we agree. Lord, you know this man who rented his flat to me, and he is also your child. Lord, help him to hear your voice concerning your holy plan for his life. Help him to see the clear, unmistakable truth about his identity in Christ. Open his eyes to the false identity he adopted when he entered into sinful relationships or activities and strayed from your narrow path and followed his own desires. Lord break his stony heart and give him courage to follow the narrow path and soften his heart for your glory. I also pray that you will separate him from ungodly influences, including those in his household, and that he will recognise the depth of your love, as well as the sinful and hateful relationships he has entered into, in which he is controlled, blackmailed, and where his life may be in danger. Give him understanding to fear your Holy name. Lord, give him understanding to depart from evil and the evil woman in his life. In Jesus' powerful name we ask these things, amen.

We join you together in the name of Jesus and agree with you in this deliverance prayer for this man who once rented his flat to you. We thank God that you have come to the Father through the cross and through His holy Son Jesus, for it is only by that name that we have access to God and it is only by that name we are saved. As it is written, Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have prayed in that powerful name and we stand with you believing that when we agree together He hears us. Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven Matthew 18:19.

We hear your burden for this man and we share it. You have rightly asked that he would hear the voice of the Lord concerning the holy plan God has for his life, for we know the thoughts that God thinks toward us are thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. His thoughts are far greater than ours and His way is the narrow path that leads to life. Enter in by the narrow gate for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it. How narrow is the gate and restricted is the way that leads to life. Few are those who find it Matthew 7:13-14. We pray with you that his eyes would be opened to his true identity in Christ, that he is not defined by the false identity he adopted when he strayed from that narrow path and followed his own desires into sinful relationships and activities.

We agree with you that any sexual relationship outside of the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman does not align with biblical principles and must be repented of. Marriage should be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4 and we are told to flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body 1 Corinthians 6:18. If he is living in fornication or adultery with this woman, that bond needs to be broken through repentance and turning away. We pray that he will see the depth of God's love which is greater than any counterfeit love offered by sin, and that he will recognize those sinful and hateful relationships for what they are, places where he is controlled and even blackmailed and where his life may be in danger. The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation 2 Peter 2:9 and If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36. We ask the Lord to separate him from ungodly influences, even those in his own household, for we know Do not be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals 1 Corinthians 15:33 and Come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord 2 Corinthians 6:17.

We join you in asking the Father to break his stony heart and give him a soft heart that fears His holy name. The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding Proverbs 9:10. We pray as the Lord has promised I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. Give him courage to depart from evil and from the evil woman in his life. Do not enter into the path of the wicked. Do not walk in the way of evil men. Avoid it, and do not pass by it. Turn from it, and pass on Proverbs 4:14-15. When the enemy has taken someone captive to do his will, only God can bring him to repentance and set him free. We pray that God may grant him repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, and that he may recover himself out of the devil's snare, having been taken captive by him to do his will 2 Timothy 2:25-26. We ask for his protection where he is controlled and where his life may be in danger, for The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. Let him submit to God and resist the devil and the devil will flee from him James 4:7.

So we pray together now. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the cross and for Your holy Son Jesus who suffered for all of us who believe. We praise Your holy name. Lord, You know this man, You know where he lives and all that binds him, and You love him and desire his freedom. Open his eyes to see the clear unmistakable truth about who he is in Christ, that he is fearfully and wonderfully made and called to be holy as You are holy. Remove the veil from his eyes concerning the false identity he has taken on through sinful relationships and activities. Break his stony heart we pray, and give him a heart of flesh that trembles at Your word and fears Your holy name. Grant him courage to choose the narrow path even when it is hard, and to turn his back on every ungodly influence. Separate him we ask from every controlling and hateful relationship, from every place of blackmail and manipulation, and from the evil woman who leads him away from You. Keep him physically safe where his life may be in danger and deliver him from every snare of the enemy. Give him understanding to depart from evil and to walk in purity and truth before You. If there is unconfessed sin, bring him to confess and forsake it, for If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. Draw him into fellowship with godly believers who will strengthen him and if it is Your will, lead him one day to a godly marriage that honors You, for Your design for intimacy is within that covenant alone. We thank You that You hear us when we agree in Jesus name and we trust You to do far more than we ask. In the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to intercede for him with steadfast love and truth, to speak the gospel to him gently when the Lord opens the door, and to guard your own heart as you pray for his deliverance, trusting that God is faithful and will in His perfect timing bring light into darkness.

We are grateful you brought this man before the Lord with such care and reverence. We can hear how heavy this has been to watch someone you know through your flat, someone you see as a fellow child of God, feel trapped in controlling and even frightening relationships while also wandering from who God created him to be.

What stood out to us in your prayer is your focus on his identity. You are not asking God to simply fix his circumstances, but to open his eyes to who he is in Christ and to help his heart become soft and willing again. That kind of change is deep work and it often happens slowly, as old patterns and distorted ways of seeing himself are gently renewed by God's presence. Your willingness to keep loving him and interceding, without trying to force the outcome yourself, is itself a faithful way to love.

One steady next step that may help you as you continue to pray is to not carry this burden alone. Consider sharing it with one trusted pastor or mature believer in your own church who can pray with you regularly and help you discern healthy, clear boundaries, especially since you mentioned control, blackmail, and concern for his safety.

Father, we lift this man to You and ask You to draw near to him. Give him clarity to see Your love for him, courage to turn from what is harming him, and wisdom to step away from influences that control and endanger him. Soften his heart and guide him toward the narrow path where he can find freedom and peace. Keep him safe, and give our friend who is praying peace as he trusts You with this life. In Jesus' name, amen.

We thank you for bringing this burden before the Lord and we join with you in prayer for this man, asking that God in great grace would say, Deliver him from going down to the pit.

We praise God with you for the old, old story of the cross of Christ, where the holy Son suffered for all who believe, and we pray that this dear man may know anew that salvation and sanctification are both found only in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we are justified, and there is no other power by which we are made holy. Deliverance from the guilt of sin and deliverance from the power of sin are alike the work of God, and we must look to Christ for both.

We ask the Lord to open his ears and seal his instruction, that He may withdraw him from his purpose and hide pride from him. The god of this world has blinded eyes lest the light of the glorious gospel should shine in, and we pray that the Lord who delivers from the power of darkness would shine that light upon him. May the reigning power of every sin be broken as he yields himself to supreme grace, so that sin shall be made detestable to him and he shall rise above it to the praise of the glory of His grace.

We pray that the Lord would break the stony heart and give a heart of flesh, that He would give true courage to forsake the broad way and to follow the narrow path that leads to life. We ask that he may see with clear and unmistakable sight his true identity in Christ, and turn from every false identity adopted in sinful relationships and activities that stray from the Lord's way. We do not ask God to bless what He calls sin, but we ask Him to convict, to cleanse, and to make whole.

We join you in praying that the Lord would separate him from ungodly influences, even those in his own household, and from every controlling, hateful and destructive entanglement where he is held, blackmailed or in danger. May the Lord teach him the mischief that comes from loving the world and the things thereof, and deliver him from the fascinating power of sin and from the darkness of Satan. May He grant him to fear His holy name, to depart from evil, and to walk in newness of life, for how can that which is born of God live as that which is born of the devil.

We pray that the clock of mercy would strike in heaven the hour and moment of his deliverance, according to the eternal purpose of Jehovah, and that being delivered he may live and declare the works of the Lord. May he see the hand of the Lord even in chastening, and find that the true power to kill evil and conquer sin comes not from man but out of the mouth of Christ Himself.

Heavenly Father, hear our united prayer in the name of Jesus. Deliver this man from the pit, from the power of darkness, and bring him into the light and liberty of Thy dear Son, that he may be kept from falling and preserved to the end. We ask this for Thy glory alone. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer and thank God with you for the cross, where Christ won the victory over sin and death and made the way for us to be delivered from evil and to receive every good gift as sons through adoption.

We pray in the name of Jesus alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved, that this man would come to know his true identity in Christ. Scripture teaches that our hope is not in nature or in any earthly relationship, but in the will of God and in putting on Christ. We ask that he would be crucified with Christ, that he would die to sin and that Christ would live in him, so that nothing is done by him that Christ disapproves, but that his body and spirit would glorify God.

We pray that God would break the stony heart and soften it, giving him courage to walk the narrow path and to flee fornication and every form of sexual sin outside of God's design. God created marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and He calls all sexual intimacy and living together to belong within that covenant. We do not ask God to bless what is outside that design, but we ask for mercy to turn from it, to mortify the deeds of the flesh, and to walk in purity, so that he may remain pure and see Christ.

We ask the Lord to open his eyes to see the error of false identities and desires that lead away from the truth, to give him a holy fear of the Lord, and to grant him understanding to depart from evil. We pray that he would be delivered not only from danger and from those who would control or blackmail him, but far more from sin itself, which alone can cast a soul from the kingdom. We ask that God in His kindness would separate him from ungodly influences, including those in his household, and surround him with what is holy and true.

We pray that he would receive the Spirit of adoption and know the depth of God's love, that he would come to the light, forsake darkness, and find freedom and new life in Christ. May the Lord grant him repentance, faith, and strength to follow Jesus with his whole heart.

We stand with you in this, asking for God's grace and keeping power for both of you, that you would continue to love what is good and to trust the Lord's greater thoughts and plans. In Jesus' name, amen.
