We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for this man who rented his flat to you. We have continued to lift him up before our Heavenly Father, thanking God for the cross and for the sacrifice of His holy Son Jesus for all who believe.
We have been praying with you that he will hear the voice of the Lord concerning the plans God has for his life, for we cling to the promise in Jer 29:11 that His thoughts toward us are greater than ours. We have asked God to open his eyes to the clear and unmistakable truth about his identity in Christ as a new creation in 2 Cor 5:17, and to reveal to him the false identity he adopted when he strayed from the narrow path to follow his own desires, remembering the word in Matt 7:14 about the narrow way that leads to life.
We have also prayed that the Lord would break his stony heart and give him a new heart and soften it for His glory according to Ezek 36:26, and give him courage to depart from evil and to fear His holy name as taught in Prov 3:7. We continue to ask God to separate him from ungodly influences including those in his household and from the evil woman in his life, and to deliver him from the sinful and hateful relationships where he is being controlled and blackmailed and where his life may be in danger, and to show him the depth of the love of Christ that sets captives free.
If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We want to keep standing with you until we see breakthrough.
May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
We pray together that the Father will continue His delivering work in this mans life, that He will draw him out of darkness into His marvelous light, protect him from harm, and lead him fully onto the path of righteousness. We ask this in Jesus Name, amen.
