We stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting up this dear brother who is enduring such intense oppression. The Word of God is clear: "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12). This is not merely a physical or emotional struggle—it is a direct assault from the enemy, and we must fight it with the weapons God has given us.
First, we rebuke every demonic spirit tormenting him in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this brother is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We command every spirit of anxiety, infirmity, despair, and torment to flee now in Jesus’ name! The enemy has no authority over a child of God who stands firm in faith.
We pray for this brother’s complete deliverance and healing. Father, we ask You to break every chain of oppression and restore his mind, body, and spirit. Your Word says, "He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We plead the blood of Jesus over him, declaring that he is washed clean and protected. Strengthen him, Lord, for he is weak but You are strong. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and renew his hope in You.
We also encourage him to stand on Scripture and resist the devil, for "he will flee from you" (James 4:7). He must put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). We pray he surrounds himself with godly believers who will stand in agreement with him, pray over him, and speak life into his situation. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community.
Father, we ask that You reveal any open doors in his life that may have allowed this oppression—unconfessed sin, generational curses, or ungodly soul ties. Your Word says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Lead him to repentance and restoration where needed.
We declare that this brother will not be destroyed but will rise up in victory. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in him (Romans 8:11), and greater is He that is in him than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). We speak healing over his body, peace over his mind, and joy over his spirit. May he experience the fullness of God’s love and power in this season.
