Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for deliverance from sexual addiction and for freedom from masturbation.
We have been lifting you up before the Lord and we continue to remember you in prayer. We thank God for your honest heart and for the courageous decision you made to quit this habit that you have struggled with for a long time. We know this is a very difficult battle and we commend you for choosing to seek the Lord for help and for strength to walk in purity. We are praying that God will surround you with His grace, that He will renew your mind and strengthen you by His Holy Spirit to resist temptation and to walk in freedom.
We pray together that the Lord will forgive you and cleanse you and give you victory day by day. We pray that He will help you to flee from sexual immorality as we are taught in 1 Cor 6:18 and that you will find strength knowing that no temptation has overtaken you except what is common to us and God is faithful and will provide a way out as promised in 1 Cor 10:13. We pray that He will create in you a pure heart as in Psalm 51:10 and that you will experience His mercy and power to overcome, for we know there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus as told in Romans 8:1. We ask for your deliverance and for lasting freedom and we pray this in Jesus name.
