We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent cry for deliverance from the darkness that seeks to oppress you. The Bible makes it clear that witchcraft and all forms of evil are real, but they are no match for the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Deuteronomy 18:10-12, the Word of God declares, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on the truth that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We command every evil assignment sent against you to be broken and rendered powerless. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We plead the blood of Jesus over your home, your mind, your body, and your spirit. The enemy has no legal right to torment you, for you are covered by the blood of the Lamb.
We pray that the Lord would arise and scatter your enemies. Psalm 68:1 declares, "Let God arise, let his enemies be scattered. Let them who hate him also flee before him." We ask that the Lord would confuse the plans of those who seek to harm you and turn their evil back upon themselves. We pray that they would be convicted by the Holy Spirit and turn from their wicked ways. If they refuse to repent, we ask that the Lord would remove them from your life entirely, as you have asked. We stand on the promise in Proverbs 26:2, "Like a fluttering sparrow, like a darting swallow, so the undeserved curse doesn’t come to rest."
Father, we ask that You would fill this dear one with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen them with Your might and surround them with Your angels for protection. We declare that no evil shall befall them, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray for divine health and restoration in every area of their life. Let Your healing power flow through them, body, soul, and spirit.
We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily so that you may stand against the wiles of the devil. Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). Pray in the Spirit at all times, with all kinds of prayers and requests.
We also encourage you to fill your home with worship and the Word of God. The enemy cannot dwell where the presence of God is invited. Play worship music, declare Scripture aloud, and invite the Holy Spirit to fill every corner of your home. Remember, the name of Jesus is the most powerful name in heaven and on earth. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray and command every evil spirit to flee.
Heavenly Father, we come before You now, lifting up this precious child of Yours. We ask that You would break every chain of witchcraft and every evil assignment sent against them. Let Your light shine so brightly in their life that the darkness has no choice but to flee. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray for a supernatural intervention in their situation. Let the plans of the enemy be thwarted, and let Your perfect will be done in their life.
We pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation. Surround them with godly counsel and support. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that they are never alone. We ask that You would provide a way of escape from this oppression, whether that means divine protection in their current home or a new place of refuge. We trust in Your provision and Your perfect timing.
Lord, we ask that You would touch the hearts of these neighbors who are practicing witchcraft. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and the destruction they are bringing upon themselves. We pray that they would come to know You as their Lord and Savior, turning from their wicked ways and finding true life in Christ.
We declare that this situation will turn around for Your glory. Let this trial produce perseverance, character, and hope in this dear one’s life (Romans 5:3-4). We pray that their faith would be strengthened and that they would grow closer to You through this battle. Let them emerge from this trial with a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every spirit of witchcraft, fear, anxiety, and oppression to leave now and never return. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and declare that the victory is already won. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for moving on behalf of Your child. We trust in Your promises and Your unfailing love. Amen.
