Deliverance from addiction and safe from principalities,

Beloved of All
For spiritual attacks to stop, to return to Jesus an to serve God to get out of the grips of the enemy.discipline to read n study the Word of God, an keep the commandments, and avoid anger and set a watch over my mouth, in the name of Jesus

We stand with you in this battle, dear brother or sister in Christ, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). Your cry for deliverance from addiction and protection from spiritual attacks is heard, and we join you in fervent prayer, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The grip of the enemy is strong, but the power of the Holy Spirit is stronger, and through the blood of Jesus, you have been set free (Galatians 5:1).

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where your deliverance begins. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most critical step in breaking free from the chains of addiction and spiritual bondage.

Addiction is a snare of the enemy, designed to enslave and destroy. But the Word of God declares that whom the Son sets free is free indeed (John 8:36). We rebuke the spirit of addiction in the name of Jesus and command it to loose its hold on you. The Bible tells us that we are not to be mastered by anything (1 Corinthians 6:12), and through Christ, you have the power to overcome. We pray that the Holy Spirit will fill you with strength and discipline to resist temptation, for God is faithful and will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13).

You have asked for protection from principalities and spiritual attacks. The enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but you are not ignorant of his devices. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). We pray that God will surround you with His angels to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). Every assignment of the enemy against your life is dismantled in the name of Jesus, and we declare that no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling (Psalm 91:10).

Your desire to return to Jesus and serve God is a beautiful testimony of His grace at work in your life. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth (Psalm 145:18), and He is drawing you back to Himself. We encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Cleanse your hands, you sinner, and purify your heart, you double-minded (James 4:8). This is not a call to perfection but a call to repentance and surrender.

You have asked for discipline to read and study the Word of God. The Word is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12), and it is your weapon against the lies of the enemy. We pray that God will give you a hunger and thirst for His Word, that you may meditate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2). Hide it in your heart that you might not sin against Him (Psalm 119:11). Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly (Colossians 3:16), and may it transform your mind and renew your spirit.

Keeping the commandments of God is not a burden but a blessing. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15). We pray that the Holy Spirit will empower you to walk in obedience, for it is not by might nor by power, but by His Spirit (Zechariah 4:6). When you stumble, remember that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

You have also asked for help to avoid anger and set a watch over your mouth. The Bible warns us that the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God (James 1:20). We pray that you will be slow to anger and quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry (James 1:19). Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone (Colossians 4:6). Set a guard over your mouth, O Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips (Psalm 141:3).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear child of Yours who is crying out for deliverance and protection. Lord, You are the God who breaks chains and sets the captives free. We declare that ### is no longer a slave to addiction but a child of the Most High God. Break every chain, Lord, and let the oppressed go free (Isaiah 58:6).

Father, we ask that You would surround ### with Your holy angels and protect them from every spiritual attack. Shield their mind, body, and spirit from the schemes of the enemy. We rebuke every principality and power that has come against them, and we declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit upon ###. Fill them with Your power and might, that they may walk in victory and freedom. Give them the discipline to study Your Word and the strength to keep Your commandments. Let Your Word be a lamp to their feet and a light to their path (Psalm 119:105).

Father, we ask that You would heal their heart and mind from any wounds that have led to anger or bitterness. Teach them to be slow to anger and quick to forgive. Set a watch over their mouth, Lord, and let their words be filled with grace and truth. May their speech always bring glory to Your name.

We declare that ### is returning to You with their whole heart. Draw them closer to You, Lord, and let them experience the fullness of Your love and peace. May they serve You with joy and gladness all the days of their life.

In the name of Jesus, we command every spirit of addiction, fear, and oppression to leave ### now. We declare that they are free, they are healed, and they are victorious in Christ. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already won through the cross.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We are with you in this fight, and we do not take it lightly. The very desire to return to Jesus, serve God, and be free from the grip of the enemy is evidence that grace is already pulling you back. When addiction and spiritual pressure feel overwhelming, this is not about making one dramatic leap. It is about small, steady acts of obedience that build strength over time, like training rather than trying.

A practical step for today could be to choose one brief, fixed time to sit with the Word, even just ten minutes, and ask God to meet you there. Tell one mature believer you trust what you are really facing. Having someone who prays and checks in with you weakens the isolation where addiction and spiritual attack grow. When anger rises and words feel dangerous, pause long enough for a short inward prayer: Lord, guard my mouth and settle my heart before I speak.

Father, thank You for this honest desire to come back to You and serve You. Deliver our friend from the grip of addiction and shield them from every spiritual attack. Give them steady discipline to read and obey Your Word, strength to keep Your ways, and a watch over their mouth. Cover them in the name of Jesus. Amen.

The cry for deliverance from addiction and from the assaults of the wicked one is a cry God delights to answer, for it is written, "Thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee." You have not yet found rest because you are like the dove that flew over the wide waste and found no rest for the sole of her foot. There is no rest for you in any vice, no safety in any hiding place, until you return to the ark, Christ Jesus. Only return. Do not wait to make yourself clean. Do not say, I will break the chain alone and then come. You cannot. The word is, "Return now every one from his evil way." Now, this very hour, turn from the addiction, not in your own strength, but casting yourself wholly upon Jesus.

The principalities and powers were spoiled openly by Christ on the cross. They cannot keep one soul that flees to Him. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. But resist him in the name of Jesus, not in your own name. Cry day and night, "Lord, set a watch before my mouth and keep the door of my lips." Anger is a fire from hell; quench it by the blood of Christ. Let the Word of God dwell in you richly. Read it not as a task but as the voice of your Father. Study it on your knees. The Spirit will give you discipline if you ask Him, for the Lord gives liberally.

Return also to the fellowship of the visible church. Do not stay alone in your warfare. The lamb belongs to the flock and ought not to be kept outside the fold. Find a faithful minister, sit under the preaching of the cross, come to the table of the Lord, and let the saints pray with you. He who loved you unto death cannot, will not be in heaven without you. Therefore hasten to obey while He says to you, "Return, return." Come just as you are, with all your failure, and He will pull you in as Noah pulled in the weary dove. Then serve Him with a tender conscience, keep His commandments, and the God of peace will bruise Satan under your feet shortly. May the Lord Jesus give you the victory and keep you by His mighty grace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your desire to return to Jesus and to be delivered from addiction and the power of the enemy is itself a work of God's grace drawing you back, and we join you in prayer for that deliverance with thankfulness.

Scripture teaches that our struggle is not only against flesh and blood but against principalities and spiritual forces, yet Christ has already triumphed over them on the cross. There is no need to live in fear of those powers when you are hidden in Him. As you turn to Him again in repentance and faith, submit yourself to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you. The Lord is able to break every chain of addiction and to give you strength to walk in newness of life, not by your own will alone but by His Spirit working in you.

We also pray with you for what you have asked concerning discipline and holiness. You asked for discipline to read and study the Word of God and to keep His commandments. This is the right path to strength. There is no need for a long journey to find God, it is enough to have a ready and earnest mind and to give yourself to His Word daily. Make a steady habit of reading Scripture, praying for understanding, and obeying what you read, and you will find your mind renewed and your faith strengthened. And you asked to avoid anger and to set a watch over your mouth. This too is pleasing to God. Wrath dwells not where the Holy Spirit dwells, and it spoils prayer, speech and even rest. To put a bridle on the tongue is a great help to the soul. Ask the Lord to guard your lips as the Psalmist prayed, that your words may be measured, truthful and gentle, without harshness or unseasonable reproach.

Let us pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your only Son, through whom alone there is salvation. We ask for Your mercy and deliverance for this one who cries out to You. Break the power of addiction and set them free from every grip of the enemy. Stop the spiritual attacks that oppress them and cover them with Your protection. Draw them fully back to Jesus, forgive their sins, and restore them to fellowship with You. Give them a new heart to serve You faithfully.

Grant them discipline and hunger to read and study Your Word daily, to understand it and to keep Your commandments in love and obedience. Teach them to put away anger and to set a watch over their mouth, that their speech may be pleasing to You and helpful to others. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, give them peace, self control and perseverance, and surround them with wise and godly fellowship to encourage them. Keep them steadfast until the end, and let their life bear fruit to Your glory. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our deliverer and hope. Amen.
