Degenerative disc disease, sciatica, spinal stenosis

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing from degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and spinal stenosis. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and sustains every part of our bodies. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health and heal wounds (Jeremiah 30:17).
Lord, we rebuke the pain and limitations caused by these conditions in the mighty name of Jesus. We speak life and strength to every disc, nerve, and bone in the spine, commanding them to align with Your perfect design. We pray against inflammation, compression, and degeneration, declaring that Your healing power flows through every cell and tissue. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), guard this heart and mind as they wait on You for complete restoration.
We also encourage patience and trust in Your timing. Healing may come suddenly or gradually, but we know that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We pray for wisdom for doctors and medical professionals involved in this care, that they would be guided by Your hand. Strengthen faith to believe in Your power even when symptoms persist, for Your Word says that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains (Matthew 17:20).
Above all, we pray that this trial would draw this dear one closer to You, deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ. May they find comfort in Your presence and hope in Your promises. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for the victory that is already won through Christ. In Jesus’ powerful name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
