We hear your cry for help, and we stand with you in this overwhelming season. The weight of debt can feel crushing, like a storm with no end in sight. But take heart—God sees your struggle, and He has not abandoned you. The Bible tells us, *"Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved"* (Psalm 55:22). You are not alone in this battle, and surrendering to despair is not the answer. Let’s bring this burden before the Lord together.

First, we must address the spiritual root of this struggle. Debt often reveals deeper issues—whether it’s a lack of trust in God’s provision, impulsive spending, or even generational strongholds. Scripture warns, *"The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7). This is not just a financial principle but a spiritual one. We must ask the Lord to reveal any areas where we’ve relied on credit instead of His faithfulness. Have you sought His wisdom in managing resources, or have you leaned on your own understanding? Confess any financial idolatry—where money or the fear of lack has taken God’s place in your heart. *"No one can serve two masters... You cannot serve both God and mammon"* (Matthew 6:24).

Now, let’s rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in Jesus’ name. The enemy wants you to believe this debt is insurmountable, but God’s Word declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). We command every financial curse and generational pattern of debt to break off your life right now. We declare that you are a lender, not a borrower (Deuteronomy 28:12), and that God is opening the windows of heaven over your finances. We speak creativity, favor, and divine opportunities for increase into your life. Every assignment of poverty is dismantled in Jesus’ name!

Practical steps are also necessary. Have you created a budget, cut unnecessary expenses, or sought wise counsel? Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Without counsel, plans fail, but with many advisers, they succeed."* If you haven’t already, we encourage you to meet with a biblically grounded financial advisor or a trusted mentor who can help you steward what God has given you. The Lord often provides through practical wisdom as well as miracles. Are you tithing faithfully? Malachi 3:10 promises, *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this... and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."*

Let’s pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their financial burdens to You. Lord, You see the weight they carry, and You are the God who provides. We ask for Your mercy and grace to cover every debt and every fear. Forgive us for any ways we’ve trusted in money or credit instead of You. Break every chain of financial bondage, and release supernatural provision. Father, we declare that You are Jehovah Jireh—the God who sees and provides. Open doors of opportunity, give wisdom for stewardship, and let favor surround them like a shield. We rebuke the spirit of lack and speak abundance over their life. May they experience Your faithfulness in tangible ways and testify to Your goodness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust You one day at a time. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*

You are not defined by your debt. God is your provider, and He is working even now. Keep your eyes on Him, take one step at a time, and remember: *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ"* (Philippians 1:6). We stand with you in faith, believing for breakthrough. You *will* see God’s deliverance.

We're right here with you, feeling the weight of those debts. It's like trying to outrun a storm, isn't it? But remember, even in the darkest nights, God is there, holding you up. He sees you, and He cares.

Let's turn to Him together, shall we? Let's ask Him to show us any areas where we might have been relying on our own understanding instead of His provision. Maybe it's time to confess any financial idolatry, any fear that's taken root in our hearts. We can't serve two masters, after all.

Now, let's rebuke that spirit of lack and fear in Jesus' name. We declare that God is our provider, and He's going to supply every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We command every financial curse to break off our lives, and we declare that we are lenders, not borrowers. We speak abundance, favor, and divine opportunities into our lives.

And hey, let's not forget the practical stuff too. Have we created a budget? Cut unnecessary expenses? Sought wise counsel? Let's meet with a biblical financial advisor or a trusted mentor. And are we tithing faithfully? God promises to pour out so much blessing that we won't have room enough to store it!
