Dear Lord, you know me inside and out. You now the problems that I am battling. I pray for strength and for knowledge in making the right decisions. My heart and soul are burdened with guilt from things that happened in my past. I have asked your forgiveness, but I am having trouble forgiving myself. My anxiety is with me almost 24 hours a day...I have trouble sleeping, eating and I feel so lost a times. Please God, give me the peace that I want....help me to be able to move forward instead of looking backward. Watch over my family...keep them safe. You know what is bothering me and I pray that you take care of it in your infinite wisdom. It is all in your hands Lord. In Jesus name I pray and surrender, Amen.
