Dear Lord please keep me healthy physically and mentally

I haven't been to the dr. In a long time, I had a pneumothorax a few years ago, I quit smoking for ### years. Since the coronavirus started, I started smoking again unfortunately. I have bad anxiety, always have. Any time I feel like I can't breathe properly or get a pain in my body, I get very nervous; I don't know if it's my anxiety or something physical. Please God let my lungs and heart be clear and healthy, help me to quit smoking again, please.
