dear Lord another day . Thank you for it . We thank you that you sustain us each and every day .
Father I pray for all those here who are hurting and in need. I pray Father that walk by faith and not by sight .Give us your wisdom your strength and your peace. A number artists were once asked to paint a picture of peace. When they finally finished their paintings and showed to those who had commissioned them the viewers were shocked . For one painting was a depiction of a raging storm with devastation all around. However one man who was looking at it more carefully, noticed a tiny little bird perched on a vine fast asleep. , completely at rest.
Eventually all saw it and were silent for the longest time .
That was the painting the commissioners chose .
It struck at the heart of all there .
Father help us to remain in that kind of peace always . Thank you Lord for your love and kindness and protection over us , help us to KNOW IT . In Jesus name amen .
