I am working as supervisor in ### MNC company since ### years there is no use only my service is growing no promotion / increment in the monthly salary work place also no guarantee to stay in same organisation this is very irritating the same higher officers new younger all recommendation & lending brib for promotions in this conditions i am not able to improve education further graduate correspondence course. only ### passed with basic computer cirtificate with the experience around ### years in the same field but this qualifications not enough to work as high level professional every where not.giving impartence only selecting on graduation basis this reasons there is no Improvement in my life
