We lift you up before the Lord, dear sibling in Christ, and we thank Him for your heart that seeks His will above all else. The struggle for mental clarity and focus is one many believers face, and we are reminded that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness that seek to cloud our minds and distract us from God’s purpose. The apostle Paul urges us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* And again in 2 Corinthians 10:5, we are called to *"bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."*
Your desire for confirmation is a godly one, but we must remember that God often speaks through His Word, through the counsel of wise believers, and through the still, small voice of the Holy Spirit—not always through dramatic signs. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If you are waiting for confirmation, we encourage you to immerse yourself in Scripture, seek godly counsel, and test every thought against the truth of God’s Word. The enemy loves to sow doubt, but James 1:5 assures us, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."*
We also gently remind you that while mental health struggles are real and valid, they must never be an excuse to neglect spiritual disciplines or to entertain thoughts that contradict Scripture. If anxiety or confusion is leading you toward despair, take heart in Psalm 34:17-18: *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
