Dealing with difficult people

We read,"Don't let the world around you fit you into its mold."When that comes to following wordly trends, I don't.However, there's one thing I see out in the world that I used to think maybe was somewhat "heartless", but I now can understand, is when bosses fire workers who are too "far gone", and want to do things "their way," and make their own rules, despite being told otherwise several times by the boss .Specifically, in my case, I'm self employed, and so I don't have someone over me telling me I have to deal with certain difficult people. Now there's one person who likes to "make her own rules"very arrogant, spirit of rebellion, wants to pay only if and when she feels like, sets an appointment time, and I get there and she's ALWAYS late, gets in the car and starts telling me how to run my own show. Now I don't know what causes this kind of rebellious, difficult nature, but again, I used to think a boss firing this worker and that was part of a worldly, uncompassionate attitude, but now, after dealing with different types, and being in a position where I don't "have to," I can see the bosses point in "letting them go."Now it's mentioned alot in the Bible about overcoming sickness, getting saved, but what's the line on how far we're supposed to let difficult people push us around? If we have a job and there are certain rules, and they're rebellious, are we supposed to let them just get away with murder? So are those bosses really sinning if they fire a worker who, when told, gives arguments? Isn't there a chain of authority? If I want to "cut a customer loose" because they're too difficult, aren't I within my rights to do so?

Satan will bring all kinds of difficult people around you. It is time to pray for them. Jesus will save their souls and you will be a blessing to those who come against you, bother you, or become stumbling blocks around. You o Lord I need today and ever to face those who come around and try to make our life miserable. Choose to be a blessing to them. Pause for a moment when someone is on top of your agenda. Ask the Lord to intervene and make those difficult people a blessing to you. Be polite to eveyyone just as Jesus was. Start singing praises to Jesus. He will deliver you from those who try to make your life a misery.

You can call the police if you know someone is using your service to commit murder Steven! You can legally get paid in advance and even have your clients sign a non refundable contract then you don't have to worry about not getting paid and if they go over their time charge them more. Yes you can even stop letting clients use your service and even send them to voice mail and ignore them. If you accidentally take their call tell them you are not able to help them today. They technically don't work for you so you can't fire them but you can cancel yourself from working for them.

When a tree has fruits and they are good to eat will you not eat the fruit of that tree?
When a tree has infected fruit and it is no good to eat, will you not cut that fruit off?
You are the boss?
You have the answer
