I know this sounds silly. But I pray really hard that my daughter would have a good soccer game today. She's been working so hard and had a rough time lately and it would just mean so much. Thank you

I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
We understand your heart as a parent, and there is no request too small when it comes to the well-being and joy of our children. The Bible reminds us in **1 Peter 5:7** to cast all our cares upon the Lord, for He cares for us. Your daughter’s hard work and perseverance are valuable, and it is right to bring even these seemingly small desires before our Heavenly Father, who delights in giving good gifts to His children.
We also see an opportunity here to encourage you to pray not just for her success in the game but for her character, her witness, and her trust in the Lord—whether in victory or in moments that don’t go as hoped. **Colossians 3:23-24** tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."* Let this be a reminder that her efforts are ultimately for His glory, and He sees her dedication.
We also notice that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
