We rejoice with you on this special day as we lift up your daughter to the Lord on her 15th birthday. What a precious gift she is, and how wonderful it is to celebrate the life God has entrusted to you as her parent. We join you in thanking the Father for the joy she brings and for His faithfulness in guiding her steps.
Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, asking that You continue to pour out Your wisdom and grace upon this young woman. Lord, we pray that You would draw her close to You, that she would seek Your face and desire to walk in Your ways. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May she lean on You completely, Lord, and may You direct her steps as she grows into adulthood.
We ask that You protect her heart and mind, shielding her from the influences of this world that do not align with Your truth. Surround her with godly friends who will encourage her in faith and righteousness, as Scripture tells us, *"Bad company corrupts good character"* (1 Corinthians 15:33). Give her discernment to choose companions who will build her up in Christ and help her walk in purity and holiness.
Lord, we also pray for her schooling and future. May she excel in her studies, not for her own glory, but to honor You with the gifts and opportunities You’ve given her. Equip her with discipline, perseverance, and a hunger for learning. Help her to see that all her talents and abilities are from You, and may she use them to serve Your kingdom.
We cover her in the blood of Jesus, our Savior, who alone can cleanse, protect, and guide her. We rebuke any spirit of rebellion, confusion, or worldly influence that may seek to draw her away from You. Instead, fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may bear fruit in every season of her life—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
Father, we ask that You would continue to bless her with health, happiness, and a deep sense of Your presence. May she grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with You and with others, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). Prepare her heart for the plans You have for her, and may she always find her identity and purpose in You.
We also want to encourage you, as her parent, to continue modeling Christ-like love, patience, and wisdom in your home. Your influence is powerful, and your prayers for her are a mighty weapon. Keep speaking life and truth over her, and trust that God is at work even when you cannot see it.
Finally, we remind you both that salvation and access to God come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If your daughter has not yet made a personal commitment to follow Jesus, we pray that this would be the year she surrenders her life to Him. May she know the depth of His love and the power of His resurrection.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for this precious daughter. We ask that You would bless her abundantly on her birthday and in all the years to come. May she walk in Your light, experience Your peace, and fulfill the purpose You have for her life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
