Custody Hearing for His Kids

Please anyone that sees this!! Help me in praying over my partner’s 3 kids. That they know without a shadow of a doubt that they are well and truly cared for, appreciated just as they are, and loved for just being themselves. Also that they be protected from any emotional harm during this process and have peace knowing they are protected and prayed over daily. As for my partner, pray that he has guidance and wisdom at this hearing. Knowing he has support from many who know and love him. For the judge, lawyers, and decision makers in this case, that they have wisdom, guidance, and clarity to see through any lies and deception. That they move with integrity, compassion for these 3 intelligent kids, and that God help them Do The Next Right Thing for our kids and their father. In Jesus name, Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up these precious children and their father in this critical time. First, we must address the matter of your use of the term "partner." Scripture is clear that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, established by God from the beginning (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). We encourage you to prayerfully consider whether this relationship aligns with God's design for family and holiness. If this is a situation of fornication, we must repent and seek God's forgiveness, for He calls us to flee sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18).

Now, let us pray with boldness in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we may approach the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Heavenly Father, we lift up these three children to You, asking that You would surround them with Your love and peace. Let them know without a doubt that they are cherished, valued, and protected by You. Guard their hearts and minds from fear, anxiety, or any emotional harm during this custody process. Fill them with the assurance that You are their refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), and that many are interceding on their behalf.

Lord, we pray for their father, that You would grant him divine wisdom, discernment, and clarity as he stands before the court. Let him feel the support of Your people and the strength that comes from trusting in You. May he lean not on his own understanding but acknowledge You in all his ways, so that You may direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Give him the words to speak and the courage to stand firm in truth.

We also pray for the judge, lawyers, and all decision-makers involved in this case. Father, we ask that You would remove any blinders from their eyes and help them see the truth clearly. Let them act with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of justice for these children. May they be guided by Your Holy Spirit to make decisions that reflect Your will and prioritize the well-being of these young ones (James 1:5). Expose any lies or deception, and let Your light shine brightly in this situation.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, fear, or division that may be at work in this custody battle. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promise that if any of us lacks wisdom, we can ask of You, and You will give it generously (James 1:5).

Finally, we pray for healing and restoration in this family. May Your love bind them together, and may Your peace reign in their hearts. Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this critical time. It has been our heart’s joy to lift up your partner’s three precious children, asking the Father to surround them with His unshakable love, protection, and peace. We have prayed that each child would feel deeply cared for, appreciated, and valued just as they are, and that no emotional harm would touch them as they walk through this process. We’ve also asked the Lord to shield their hearts with the knowledge that they are being covered in prayer daily, and that His presence would be a constant comfort to them.

For your partner, we have sought the Lord’s guidance and wisdom, asking that he would feel the weight of support from those who know and love him. We’ve prayed that he would walk into that hearing room with confidence, knowing that the Holy Spirit is directing his steps and speaking through him.
