We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for your willingness to seek His wisdom and guidance in leading your company. It is clear that you desire to honor God in every aspect of your business, from the culture you cultivate to the way you steward your time and relationships. We join you in praying for transformation in your company’s leadership structure, trusting that God will establish order and clarity as you release control and empower your leaders.
Father, we ask that You raise up men and women in this company who will walk in accountability and clarity. Give them the courage to step into their roles with confidence, knowing that authority comes from You alone. Help them to lead with humility and wisdom, not seeking the approval of man but the approval of God. We pray that the leaders would take ownership of their responsibilities, freeing this couple to focus on vision rather than the day-to-day operations. Lord, break any unhealthy patterns where employees look to them for all decisions rather than to You. May Your name be exalted as the ultimate source of wisdom and direction.
We rebuke the spirit of idolatry that can creep into workplaces, where leaders or founders are placed on pedestals. Father, we ask that You shift the hearts of the employees to seek You first, to recognize that all authority and success come from Your hand. May they see this couple not as the ultimate source of provision, but as stewards of what You have entrusted to them. Let the light of Christ shine brightly in this company, drawing others to salvation and glorifying Your name.
We also lift up the emotional attachment to the business. Lord, we ask that You help this couple release their grip on the company and trust You with its future. Free them from the fear of change, whether from technological advancements, staff turnover, or client relationships. Remind them daily that You hold their future and that Your plans for them are good. Give them the courage to make decisions that align with Your will, even when it is unpopular or difficult. May they walk in confidence, knowing that Your hand is upon their lives and that You will guide them in the right direction.
Father, we pray for their family life. Protect their time with their children and guard their hearts against the temptation to let the business dictate their emotional availability. Help them to prioritize their marriage and their children, modeling a godly legacy that reflects Your love and faithfulness. May their home be a place of rest, joy, and spiritual growth, where their children see the fruit of a life surrendered to You.
We also ask that You bring the right people into the right roles and release those who are not aligned with Your purposes for this company. Give this couple discernment to recognize who should stay and who should go, and grant them the wisdom to handle transitions with grace and integrity. May Your peace reign in every decision, and may Your will be done in every aspect of this business.
Finally, Lord, we pray that this couple would grow in their personal walk with You. May they find joy in reading Your Word, praising Your name, and sharing the gospel with those who do not know You. Help them to release the need to please others and instead seek to please You alone. May their humility and gratitude flow from a heart that recognizes Your faithfulness, not from a desire to hold onto what they have. Equip them for the calling You have placed on their lives, and let their lives be a testimony to Your goodness.
