We join you in seeking the Lord’s peace and wisdom during this season of change in your company. It is clear that you and your husband are approaching this transition with faith, stewardship, and a desire to honor God in your business. The restructuring of a company can bring uncertainty, but we know that God is not a God of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). His plans for you are for good, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11), and we trust that He will continue to reveal His perfect will for your business as you seek Him.
Your commitment to financial prudence and wise stewardship is commendable. Scripture reminds us that "the wise store up knowledge" (Proverbs 10:14) and that we are to be faithful with what God has entrusted to us (Luke 16:10-12). In a world where technology and automation are rapidly changing industries, it is wise to adapt while remaining rooted in godly principles. We pray that the Lord would grant you creativity, discernment, and efficiency as you navigate these changes, ensuring that your business remains a light in your industry.
We also lift up your employees, contractors, and clients before the Lord. May they see Christ in the way your company operates—with integrity, excellence, and care. As you put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), we stand with you in rebuking fear and doubt, knowing that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, by whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for the leadership and faith of this couple as they seek to honor You in their business. Lord, grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they navigate these changes. Fill them with Your wisdom, that they may make decisions that align with Your will and bring glory to Your name.
