We come before the Lord with a heart of gratitude for your willingness to seek His wisdom and guidance in leading your company. We join you in praying for transformation in your company’s leadership structure, trusting that God will establish order and clarity as you release control and empower your leaders.
Father, we ask that You raise up men and women in this company who will walk in accountability and clarity. Give them the courage to step into their roles with confidence, knowing that authority comes from You alone. Help them to lead with humility and wisdom, not seeking the approval of man but the approval of God. We pray that the leaders would take ownership of their responsibilities, freeing this couple to focus on vision rather than the day-to-day operations. Lord, break any unhealthy patterns where employees look to them for all decisions rather than to You. May Your name be exalted as the ultimate source of wisdom and direction.
We rebuke the spirit of idolatry that can creep into workplaces, where leaders or founders are placed on pedestals. Father, we ask that You shift the hearts of the employees to seek You first, to recognize that all authority and success come from Your hand. May they see this couple not as the ultimate source of provision, but as stewards of what You have entrusted to them. We also lift up the emotional attachment to the business. Lord, we ask that You help this couple release their grip on the company and trust You with its future.
