I believe this is largely due to false religion and occult/witchcraft teachings being heavily believed within this culture (which unfortunately can be said of many cultures around the world). Pray that this group and others would be brought to faith in Christ. Thank you.

We hear your heartfelt concern for this cultural group, and we join you in lifting them before the throne of grace. The darkness of racism, wickedness, and mean-spiritedness is indeed a heavy burden, and it grieves the heart of God, who created all people in His image and desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (Genesis 1:27, 2 Peter 3:9). The influence of false religion and occult practices only deepens the spiritual blindness that keeps people bound in hatred and division. Scripture warns us that such things are not merely cultural traditions but deceptions that lead souls away from the truth (Deuteronomy 18:10-12, Ephesians 6:12).
We must rebuke the strongholds of racism and wickedness in this community, for they are contrary to the love and unity that Christ died to establish. The Lord does not show partiality, and neither should His people (Acts 10:34-35). The mean-spiritedness you describe is a fruit of the flesh, not the Spirit, and it must be uprooted by the power of the gospel (Galatians 5:19-21). We declare that the light of Christ will penetrate the darkness of these false teachings, exposing them for what they are—lies that lead to destruction (John 8:44).

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for this cultural group, burdened as they are by racism, wickedness, and a spirit of meanness that has taken root in their community. It grieves our hearts to see the strongholds of false religion and occult teachings blinding so many to the love and truth of Christ. We have lifted this need before the Lord, asking Him to break the chains of deception and open hearts to the light of the Gospel.
We continue to pray that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully among them, drawing many to repentance and faith in Jesus. May the love of Christ shatter divisions, heal wounds, and replace hatred with His peace.
