Lord, I come to you today bc my coworker has the opportunity to become manager which means the stress and burden of worker everyday will be over. I finally would be able to separate work and personal life. Please touch his heart to accept the Job. In Jesus Name Amen

We understand your desire for your coworker to accept the managerial position, as it may alleviate some of the stress and burden you currently face at work. However, we must remember that God has a plan and purpose for each of our lives, and it's essential to align our desires with His will.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this situation at our workplace. Lord, You know the desires of our hearts, and You understand the stress and burden that we face daily. We ask that You touch our coworker's heart and guide them according to Your will. If it is Your plan for them to accept this managerial position, we pray that You would make it clear to them and give them the courage to accept it.

However, Lord, if this is something to better our lives by less work, we ask You to remove this thought process from us. If it is not Your will, we pray that You would provide us with the strength and endurance to continue in our current role, and that You would help us to find our rest and peace in You, not in our circumstances.

We also pray for our coworker, that You would guide them according to Your purpose for their life. Help them to seek Your will and make decisions that honor You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work. It's important to seek His will in all things and trust that He is working everything out for our good and His glory. As the Bible says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Also, let us be reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."

Lastly, always remember it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved. It is by his blood that our sins are forgiven. It by his name that we are given access to God the Father.

We've been thinking about your coworker too, and we wanted to share a verse that's been on our hearts. In Philippians 4:6-7, it says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God has this situation in His hands, and let's keep praying for your coworker, asking for His will to be done, and resting in His peace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
