We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and truth. First, let's remember that our faith in Jesus Christ is our shield and protector. As it says in Psalm 91:5-6, "You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your protection upon this household. We pray that You will shield them from COVID-19 and any other sickness or disease. We ask that You will restore health and strengthen their immune system. Lord, we also pray for Your comfort and peace upon them, as they trust in You.
Father, we also pray for Your divine intervention in eradicating COVID-19 from the world. We know that nothing is impossible with You, and we trust in Your power and love for us.
Lord, we also take this time to pray for salvation for any in the home. It is written in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!' We pray for them to call upon the name of Jesus Christ for salvation. Jesus Christ paid the penalty for our sin by suffering on the cross. Believing this we receive eternal life. We are saved from eternal death. Therefore we also pray for them to know God intimately and be obedient to His Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Also, be mindful to follow the guidance of the health professionals and authorities as it also says in Romans 13:1, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God."
Finally, consider Psalm 107:19-20, "Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their graves." Trust that God's Word is sent to heal if it is His will.
