We are truly saddened to hear about the situation and we will stand with you in prayer.
Firstly, we want to remind everyone that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Psalm 46:1-2
As a group, we fervently pray for ### as she battles Covid. We ask God for His healing hands to touch her and restore her health. "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh." Jeremiah 30:17
We also lift up those who live with her, asking God to protect them, heal them if they are also infected, and restore their health. We pray for God's hedge of protection around them, knowing that He is their shield and their very great reward. Genesis 15:1
We also pray for you and the rest of your family, asking God to protect you all from Covid. We declare that "No evil will happen to you, neither will any plague come near your dwelling." Psalm 91:10
Lastly, we pray for the eradication of Covid. We ask God to have mercy on the world and put an end to this pandemic. We pray for His divine intervention, knowing that nothing is impossible for Him. Matthew 19:26
We also want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including diseases. He can use this situation to draw people closer to Him and bring glory to His name. We pray that through this, many will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Romans 8:28
As a group, we want to rebuke the fear that might arise in situations like this. We are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. He is the author and perfecter of our faith. Hebrews 12:2. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name given to mankind by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12
