We lift up your little cousin in prayer today, asking for the Lord’s healing hand to be upon them as they undergo surgery. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your power to restore and make whole. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord. We claim this promise over this precious child, believing that You are the Great Physician who can bring comfort, strength, and complete healing.
Lord, we ask that You guide the hands of the surgeons and medical team with Your divine wisdom and precision. Let every decision they make be led by Your Spirit, and let Your peace fill the operating room. We pray for a successful procedure, free from complications, and for a swift and smooth recovery. Surround this child with Your angels, shielding them from fear and pain, and filling their heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for the family, Lord. Give them strength and patience as they wait, and fill them with hope in Your promises. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are in control and that Your love never fails.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or doubt that may try to take hold of this situation. We declare that this child is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We speak life, healing, and restoration over their body, mind, and spirit. May this trial draw the family closer to You, deepening their faith and trust in Your goodness.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and that You are already at work. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is ours through Christ. Amen.
