📝Correspondence with Pastors, 🌾 Outreach Desired...

Thank you for sharing this request with us and for your desire to see Christ's kingdom advanced through faithful evangelism. We join you in prayer for this outreach and for the work God is doing in you even in the midst of trials, healing and daily duties.

We pray that the Lord who works in you to will and to do His good pleasure will grant you favor as you reach out to pastors. May He surround you with favor as with a shield and open doors for honest, wise and fruitful conversation, and may He raise up fresh laborers for the harvest in His perfect timing. We ask God to fill you with the knowledge of His will with all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you may walk worthy of Him, strengthened with all power, and know the love of Christ that passes knowledge, that Christ may dwell in your heart through faith.

We also pray that humility would mark all of this work. The beginning of virtue is a humble and contrite heart, which God looks upon with favor and accepts as a sacrifice. May He keep you meek before Him and trembling at His word, not trusting in worldly wisdom or clever strategy, but in the wisdom of God which was hidden and is revealed by His Spirit. That wisdom often seems foolish to the world, yet it overcomes the world, and it alone gives true counsel and guidance. May the Holy Spirit, who is light and truth, grant you sound counsel, clear discernment and words that are faithful and true.

We join you in praying for protection from every form of deception, from false teaching, false believers and evil people, from temptation and from the schemes of the evil one. We ask the Lord to guard your mind and heart from lies, from fear and from wrongdoing, and to keep you from being led astray by media, false signs or any counterfeit, including the deceptions that can come through AI and deepfakes. May He give you discernment to turn aside from what is false and to hold fast to what is holy and true according to His word, and to keep your testimony clear and centered on Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation.

We pray too for your own strengthening and healing, that God would accomplish exceedingly more than you can ask or imagine, that you would be filled up to all the fullness of God, and that your testimony would remain a powerful weapon to overcome the accuser, all for the glory of Christ.

We are grateful for your faithfulness and we will continue to bring these matters before the Lord, asking that your correspondence would be received with prayer and wisdom and answered according to His will. May the Lord keep you, guide you and establish you in His grace and peace in Jesus name, Amen.

Your request to advance the kingdom of Christ even while you are carrying needs for healing, personal processing and daily duties is deeply encouraging, and we join you in prayer.

We thank God with you that it is He who works in us to will and to do His good pleasure. That truth from Philippians 2:13 is the foundation for what you are asking. You are not striving in your own strength to open doors, but asking Him to guide, to give favor and to establish the work.

You asked for prayer for favor and wisdom in reaching out to pastors and for more laborers for evangelism. Scripture teaches in Ephesians 4 that the Lord has placed pastor teachers in the church for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry and for the building up of the body of Christ, until we all come into the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a mature person, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. Their calling is to feed the people with knowledge and understanding of God from His Word, so that believers are strengthened and are no longer like children tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine.

When that equipping happens, evangelism becomes the natural byproduct of a healthy body. God has given gifts differently. Some are called as evangelists and they share Christ very naturally and freely. Others are called as pastor teachers, others as intercessors, others to other faithful service. The most difficult and frustrating thing is to try to be what God has not called and gifted you to be, and the most fruitful and restful thing is to be what He has called you to be and to be faithful where He has placed you. Grace is given to each of us according to the measure of the gift of Christ, and the highest calling for any of us is simply to be faithful to what He has assigned. We pray that you will have clear discernment about your own part, and that the pastors you contact will also have wisdom to discern how the Lord would have their congregations equipped and involved.

We also pray with you for the correspondence you have sent, that God would grant it favor as Psalm 5:12 describes, that it would be received with prayer and answered with wisdom and sincerity of heart, with the counsel of the Holy Spirit. We pray as you asked from Colossians 1:9-11 that you would be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, that you may walk worthy of the Lord, strengthened with all power, and from Ephesians 3:16-20 that you would be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner person, that Christ may dwell in your heart by faith, that you may know the love of Christ which passes knowledge and be filled up to all the fullness of God, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

You also asked for protection from deception, false teaching, and every form of evil. We agree in prayer for that protection. Jesus warned to take heed that no one deceive us, and the apostles warned that evil people and impostors will grow worse, deceiving and being deceived, and that there are false believers who do not walk according to the holy commandment. The call of Scripture is to be mature in Christ, rooted in the knowledge of the Son, so that we are not carried about by cunning craftiness, and to turn aside from those who claim the name of Christ yet deny His truth, not sharing in their work. We pray that the Lord will keep you from the evil one, as Jesus prayed in John 17:15, that He will deliver you from temptation and guard you from sin and falsehood, and that He will keep your mind from being led astray by false signs, false prophets, and the many deceptions that abound now, including through media and technology. May He give you a love for truth and sound discernment.

We also remember your word about the power of testimony. Revelation 12:11 says they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. Your testimony of what Christ has done is indeed a weapon God has given, and we pray you will have boldness and clarity to use it for His glory.

Pastors especially need prayer, because when a pastor is strengthened or when a pastor stumbles, the effect spreads through the whole congregation. We will pray for you and for the pastors you are contacting, that God will guard them, give them examples that honor Christ, and keep them faithful to feed the flock.

May the Lord grant you favor, clear guidance, sound counsel, open doors that He desires to open, protection from every snare, and renewed strength for each duty and for healing according to His will. We ask this in the name of Jesus, trusting His promise that whatever we ask in His name according to His will, He hears us, and that His peace which passes understanding will guard your heart and mind. Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift up your correspondence with pastors and your desire for outreach before the Lord, that He who works in you to will and to do His good pleasure according to Phil 2:13 would grant you favor as with a shield according to Ps 5:12, wisdom and sound counsel by the Holy Spirit of counsel according to Isa 11:2, and guidance in every word you have written. We have prayed that your letters would be received well, prayed over and responded to with wisdom, and that the Lord would open the door for evangelistic help and for fresh laborers to be scheduled, and that you would be filled with the knowledge of His will to walk worthy of Him strengthened with all power according to Col 1:9 and strengthened by the Spirit to know the love of Christ according to Eph 3:16. We have also prayed with you for healing, for grace in the midst of trials and daily duties, and for protection from deception according to Matt 24:4, from evil people according to 2 Thes 3:2, and from the evil one according to Matt 6:13 and 1 Jn 5:18, and that the word of your testimony according to Rev 12:11 would be a powerful weapon to overcome the enemy.

If your request was answered and you have seen favor in that correspondence or provision of laborers for the harvest, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, especially regarding the outreach to pastors and the timing for new workers, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

We pray that the Lord will keep you from temptation and wrongdoing, guard you in truth, and fill you with His peace as you continue to advance Christs Kingdom. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We ask all of this in Jesus Name, Amen.
