Heavenly Father, I pray for healing from COPD and asthma for my son ### and for strengthening of his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses. Please remove all inflammation, cleanse any infection, and help him to breathe easily in this heat. Thank you Father for all you do for us, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join you in lifting up your son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for bringing this need to the Lord in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.

We know how difficult it is to watch a child struggle to breathe, especially in the heat, and we pray with you for his lungs, his airways, and his whole body to be strengthened and restored. Scripture reminds us that our breath itself comes from God, for Job 33:4 says The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life, and Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and in Exodus 15:26 where the Lord declares I am Yahweh who heals you.

We also take comfort that He gives strength to the weary, for Isaiah 40:29 says He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. And we know He is near in this trial, as Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.

Together we pray. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this beloved son to Your throne of grace. You know his lungs and every breath he takes. We ask You to touch his airways, to remove all inflammation, to cleanse any infection, and to heal the COPD and asthma that afflict him. Lord, strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness and viruses, and grant him ease of breathing even in this heat. Let Your healing hand rest upon him and restore what is damaged. Give him comfort, restful sleep, and renewed strength, and give his family peace as they trust in Your care. We thank You, Father, for all You do for us, for Your mercy and Your unfailing love, and we trust this need to Your perfect will. Continue to guide his doctors and give wisdom for his care, and help him to feel Your presence with every breath. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart for your son. We hear how much you love him and how earnestly you want him to breathe with ease.

Watching someone you love live with COPD and asthma can feel so heavy, especially when heat makes every breath harder. It is understandable to feel worried and tired as you pray for his inflammation to ease, for any infection to clear, and for his immune system to stay strong. Chronic breathing struggles affect not just the body but daily life and peace of mind for the whole family, and the Lord sees the weariness you carry as his parent.

Alongside prayer, we encourage you to keep his medical team closely in the loop about how he is doing in this heat and any changes in his breathing, so they can continue to guide his care well. You do not have to carry the medical burden alone.

We are standing with you in prayer and are grateful for your trust in the Father's care.

Father, we lift your son to You in Jesus' name. You know his lungs, his body and every breath he takes. We ask for Your mercy and comfort over him, for wisdom for those caring for him, and for peace and strength for his mother as she loves and intercedes for him. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Your prayer for your son has been brought before the Lord with thanksgiving, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy.

We are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Even the leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and when He came He took our sicknesses and infirmities upon Himself. Pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction in His hands.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and press us to seek a Physician, and we have such a Physician in Christ. We pray that the Lord will lay His healing hand upon your son, that He will remove inflammation, cleanse every infection, strengthen his immune system to fight off illness and viruses, and grant him to breathe easily even in this heat. May the Lord who touched Peter's wife's mother and lifted her up by His own contact, grant such lifting and relief to your son according to His wise and gracious will.

Above all we pray that your son may know the deeper healing which flows from forgiveness through the blood of Christ, for when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He first said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. That healing virtue which His grace infuses will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle. May your son trust fully in Christ alone for salvation, and find in Him both pardon for the soul and healing for the body as it pleases the Lord to give.

We thank the Father with you for all He has done and will do, and we continue to plead that He will show His abundant streams of healing to your son and sustain you in prayer. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus our Lord, Amen.
