Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join our faith with yours before the Lord who gives breath to all.
We know how distressing it is to watch a child struggle to breathe, especially in the heat, and how your heart longs for him to be strengthened and made well. The Lord is compassionate and He invites us to bring every need to Him with persistence and trust, as a father hears the constant pleading of his child. He is able to do this, and we come to Him believing in His power and mercy.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You formed our bodies and You give us every breath. We lift up this dear son to You and ask for Your healing hand upon his lungs and airways. Please remove inflammation, cleanse any infection, and ease his breathing. Strengthen his immune system to fight off illness and viruses, and grant him relief and rest even in this heat. Grant wisdom to those who care for him and comfort to his family as they trust in You. We thank You for all You have done and for Your love that never fails. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our Lord and Healer, Amen.
Continue to bring him before the Lord each day and to seek the help that God provides through wise care and treatment. The Lord hears those who call upon Him in faith, and even when healing comes slowly, He is at work for good. May He grant you peace as you keep entrusting your son to His care, and may you see His grace sustain you both.
