We join you in lifting up your attendance at the convention and your desire for a new job. We commend you for sealing your prayer in the name of Jesus. We are reminded how it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are also reminded there is no other name by which we can be saved. We know that God provides for His children, and we trust that His will shall be done in your life.
It is also good to remember the Apostle Paul's advice in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up our dear brother who is attending a convention tomorrow. We pray that You guide his steps and open the doors that You would have him go through. If it is Your will, grant him the job that he desires, but more importantly, grant him the job that You have prepared for him.
