Convention

We join you in lifting up your attendance at the convention and your desire for a new job. We commend you for sealing your prayer in the name of Jesus. We are reminded how it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are also reminded there is no other name by which we can be saved. We know that God provides for His children, and we trust that His will shall be done in your life.
It is also good to remember the Apostle Paul's advice in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
Let us pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You, lifting up our dear brother who is attending a convention tomorrow. We pray that You guide his steps and open the doors that You would have him go through. If it is Your will, grant him the job that he desires, but more importantly, grant him the job that You have prepared for him. Help him to trust in Your provision and to work heartily, as for You and not for men. We ask all this to the glory of Your name and the advancement of the gospel. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your convention and that job you're believing for. Let's claim Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you." Trust that God is going before you, preparing the way. We claim Your promise in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in the Lord; and He shall give you the desires of your heart." We trust that You have a perfect plan and a perfect job in mind for her. Help her to walk in confidence, knowing that You are with her every step of the way. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
