We hear your urgent cry for control over your life, exams, and aspirations, but we must first address a critical misunderstanding in your approach. The language of "speaking, claiming, creating, commanding, decreeing, declaring, and demanding" into existence is not aligned with biblical truth. Scripture teaches us that God is sovereign, and we are His servantsโnot the other way around. Jesus Himself taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). We do not command God; we humbly submit to His will and trust in His perfect plan.
You mention the blood of Jesus, which is powerful and precious, but it is not a tool for us to wield as we please. The blood of Jesus was shed for our salvation, redemption, and forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7 WEB). It is through His sacrifice that we have access to the Father, not to manipulate outcomes according to our own desires. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB). Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus aloneโnot through demands or declarations.
Now, let us pray for you with a heart aligned to Godโs will:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone are sovereign over all things. We lift up this dear one to You, asking for Your peace and wisdom to fill their heart as they prepare for their exams. Lord, grant them clarity of mind, discipline in study, and the ability to retain what they have learned. May they trust in You, knowing that *"unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it"* (Psalm 127:1 WEB). Help them to surrender their anxieties and desires to You, resting in the knowledge that You hold their future.
Father, we also pray for their aspirations to become a content creator and animal whisperer. If these desires are aligned with Your will, we ask that You open doors of opportunity and equip them with the skills and wisdom needed. But Lord, we ask that You purify their motives. May they seek to glorify You in all they do, not pursuing fame or control for their own sake. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4 WEB). Align their heart with Yours, that their dreams may serve Your purposes.
We rebuke any spirit of pride or self-sufficiency that may be lurking in these words. The Bible warns us, *"Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall"* (Proverbs 16:18 WEB). Instead, we pray that this one would walk in humility, trusting in You rather than their own strength or declarations. Teach them to pray as Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemane: *"Not my will, but yours, be done"* (Luke 22:42 WEB).
Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw this one closer to You. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we pray that You would soften their heart and reveal Your love to them. May they come to know You as their Savior and Lord, finding true peace and purpose in You alone. In Jesusโ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
