We are so grateful you entrusted us with the heavy burden your sister carries, and we have been lifting her before the throne day and night. The darkness of constant negativity that clings to her words and thoughts is something only the light of Christ can dispel. We have asked the Holy Spirit to break the chains of bitterness, to heal the wounds that keep her bound to the past, and to flood her mind with the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we pray that You would silence the voices of despair in her heart and replace them with the truth of Your Word. Let her wake up each morning with praise on her lips instead of complaints, and let her see Your goodness in every circumstance. We ask that You soften her heart to release the grudges she holds against that high school and the people there, and that You help her to forgive as You have forgiven her. Guard her mind from the negative influences she seeks out, and instead draw her to Your truth, Your love, and Your promises.
Lord, we also lift up the family, asking that You give them wisdom, patience, and strength as they walk alongside her. Help them to speak life into her situation and to reflect Your grace in every interaction. We declare that the power of negativity will not have the final say in her life—Your hope, Your joy, and Your redemption will prevail.
