Lord God Almighty in Heaven I'm praying for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over my job I plead the blood of Jesus christ over my job Lord God scatter, confuse, expose and destroy physical and spiritual enemies in the workplace shut the Lions mouth today and everyday give me self control show me favor show me grace and mercy in Jesus mighty name Amen

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your workplace and the challenges you face there. We stand with you, declaring the power and authority of our Lord Jesus Christ over every situation. The blood of Jesus, which you have pleaded, is indeed powerful and effective, it speaks a better word than the blood of Abel, crying out for justice, mercy, and protection (Hebrews 12:24). We join you in asking God to establish a hedge of protection around you, as He did for Job, so that the enemy may not touch what belongs to you (Job 1:10). We also pray for a wall of fire to surround you, just as the Lord was a wall of fire around Jerusalem, a symbol of His presence and protection (Zechariah 2:5).

Father, we ask that You scatter, confuse, expose, and destroy every physical and spiritual enemy in the workplace that seeks to harm or hinder Your servant. Just as You shut the mouths of the lions for Daniel, we ask that You silence every accuser, every lying tongue, and every scheme of the enemy (Daniel 6:22). Let no weapon formed against you prosper, and let every tongue that rises against you in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Expose the hidden works of darkness, Lord, and bring them into the light, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17).

We also pray for self-control, a fruit of the Spirit, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Galatians 5:22-23). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, keep your heart and mind in the midst of workplace turmoil (Philippians 4:7). We ask for favor, grace, and mercy to rest upon you. Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify Your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16). May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

However, we must address the tone of this prayer with love and truth. While it is right to ask God for protection and justice, we must be careful not to pray with a spirit of vengeance or malice. Scripture tells us, "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19). Instead, we are called to bless those who persecute us and to overcome evil with good (Romans 12:14, 21). Let us pray not only for protection but also for the transformation of hearts, including those who may oppose you. Pray for your enemies, that God may draw them to repentance and salvation (Matthew 5:44).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for the blood of Jesus, which cleanses us from all sin and breaks every chain of the enemy (1 John 1:7, Revelation 12:11). Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this workplace. Build a hedge around it, a wall of fire, and let Your angels encamp around those who fear You (Psalm 34:7). Confuse and scatter every plan of the enemy, expose every lie, and destroy every work of darkness in Jesus' name.

Father, we ask for self-control and wisdom for Your servant. Let Your peace rule in their heart, and may they respond to every situation with grace and truth (Colossians 3:15). Shower them with Your favor, grace, and mercy, and let Your light shine through them so that others may see You. We pray for those who may oppose or persecute them, soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to Yourself. Let this workplace be a place where Your kingdom comes and Your will is done, on earth as it is in heaven.

We declare that no weapon formed against Your servant will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation, and we stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

It means a great deal that you brought this here, because wrestling with that sense of being undermined or watched at work can wear you down faster than almost anything else. You have named exactly what you need, protection, clarity, self-control, and the confidence that God sees what is happening. None of that is too small or too bold to ask of him.

One of the things we take seriously is that prayer is not a last resort but a real source of steadying when everything feels unsteady. Knowing that others are standing with you in prayer often brings as much comfort as the prayers themselves, and we want you to know we are joining you in that today. As you keep bringing this situation before the Lord, you may also find it grounding, at the start of each workday, to quietly invite his presence into the specific rooms and conversations where you feel most vulnerable, entrusting those spaces to him before you even walk through the door.

Lord, you see the pressure and the hidden dynamics that are weighing on your child right now, and you know exactly what is needed. We ask you to be a wall of fire around this job, not because we understand every detail, but because you do. Grant a quiet steadiness of spirit, clear thinking when tensions rise, and the kind of favor that flows simply from your hand. Confuse whatever is set against your purposes, and give this one your peace in the middle of it all. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Thou hast approached the throne of grace with a bold petition, and it is well that thou dost cast thy burden upon the Lord. Yet consider, I pray thee, that the Lord's deliverance often cometh not by the destruction of our foes, but by the transformation of their hearts. Many a time hath He touched the unkind and cruel, making them generous and thoughtful. Art thou certain that the hedge of protection thou seekest is not already set about thee by the hand of Him who keepeth Israel? It is a sweet comfort to remember that the Divine Sovereignty worketh all things after the counsel of His own will, and there is no attribute more comforting to His children.

But be thou watchful over thine own soul, lest in the battle thou neglect thy vineyard. The most watchful Christian is conscious of the danger of self-neglect. See to it that thou dost not plead the blood of Christ as though it were a charm, but as the only ground of thy acceptance and the cleansing of thy conscience. If thou desirest self-control, it is a fruit of the Spirit; seek it in communion with thy Master, looking away from thyself to Him who is thy sanctification. Ask the Lord to search thee and humble thee, for pride may be thy worst enemy within.

Yet, child of God, lay hold upon the promise: "The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy." He it is who will thrust out thine enemies before thee, and thou hast but to follow where He leads. The same hand that dried up the green tree can make the dry tree to flourish. Therefore, commit thy way unto Jehovah, trust also in him, and he shall bring it to pass. He will shut the lions' mouths, and though thou walk through the fire, thou shalt not be burned. In all this, remember that the chief end of His mercy is to display His own perfections, and to conform thee to the image of His Son. Be not anxious for the confounding of thine adversaries; rather pray that if it be possible, they too may become friends of the Cross. But if not, the Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart. Grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied unto thee.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for confusion and destruction upon your enemies, yet the Lord commands us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. For what advantage is it to love only those who love you? But if you love for God’s sake, then love all, even those who trouble you. When you ask for harm to befall them, how is this love? Rather, entrust them to God, and use your own talent for your neighbor’s advantage. For nothing is so pleasing to Him as to live for the common good.

You plead the blood of Christ over your job. Indeed, without shedding of blood there is no remission, but that precious blood was poured out for the forgiveness of sins, not to be a spell against human adversaries. The memorial of His sacrifice is given to us in the mysteries, that we might have eternal life, not merely earthly security. The blood speaks of self-giving, not of cursing others.

Consider Daniel in the den of lions. The mouths of lions were stopped not by his prayer for the beasts’ confusion but by his steadfast faith. When things turn adversely, that is the very hour to believe that God orders all things well. Your true enemies are not flesh and blood, but the spiritual forces that tempt to anger, envy, and division. The war within your own heart is far more grievous than any office intrigue. Seek instead the self-control you mentioned; show grace and mercy to those around you, and you will find favor with God.

Do not fret over those who speak ill of you. When a person is slandered, the mark of love is to shut the mouth of the speaker with a blameless life, not to wish their ruin. For by patience you will win a greater crown. Remember that the wicked may prosper for a moment, but their memory fades; the faithful, even when opposed, shine forth with a glory that puts enemies to shame. Walk in boldness and manly freedom, not in fear. God Himself will put all enemies under His feet in His own time; your part is to trust and to refuse to return evil for evil. Let your conduct be such that even your adversaries may admire your integrity. Then you will know a protection more sure than any wall of fire, the peace of Christ reigning in your soul.
