Beloved of All
Father in the name of Jesus Christ I have a decision to make. I hesitated signing a renewal lease because I don’t currently have income. The advocate is telling me they I’ll have protections to stay in the apartment for the next nine months. At this point I’m not sure what to do. Maybe I will sign the lease and the advocate said that they will try to get me some further assistance. Whether I sign or not the arrears keep building. Can you please help me in Jesus name as this is stressing me out.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, seeking His wisdom and guidance for your situation. It is clear that you are under immense stress, and we want to lift you up in prayer, asking the Holy Spirit to bring you peace and clarity in this time of uncertainty.

First, let us turn to Scripture for wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It is so easy to feel overwhelmed when we focus on our circumstances rather than on God’s promises. We encourage you to seek the Lord earnestly in prayer, asking Him to direct your steps and provide for your needs according to His riches in glory.

We also want to gently remind you of the importance of stewardship. In Luke 14:28, Jesus says, *"For which of you, desiring to build a tower, doesn’t first sit down and count the cost, to see if he has enough to complete it?"* While we understand that housing is a critical need, we must also consider whether signing a lease without a stable income is a wise decision. The advocate’s offer of assistance is a blessing, but we must still seek God’s will in whether this is the path He has for you. Have you considered reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support? Many churches have benevolence funds or connections to resources that could help with housing or financial assistance.

We also want to pray for provision over your situation. The Lord knows your needs before you even ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He has promised to care for His children. Let us pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother in Christ, lifting up his need for wisdom and provision. Lord, You see the stress and uncertainty he is facing, and we ask that You would calm his heart and give him clarity in this decision. Father, we know that You are a God who provides, and we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for him—whether through employment, assistance, or another means. Give him the courage to trust in You and to seek Your will above all else. If signing this lease is not Your best for him, we ask that You would close that door and lead him to a better solution. Lord, we also pray for protection over his housing situation. If it is Your will for him to stay in his current home, we ask that You would provide the resources he needs to cover his arrears and future payments. If it is Your will for him to move, we ask that You would make a way for him to do so without further burden. We declare Your promises over his life, Lord, and we trust that You will never leave him nor forsake him. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen."*

In addition to seeking God’s guidance, we encourage you to explore all available resources. Have you looked into government assistance programs, local charities, or even temporary work opportunities? Sometimes the Lord provides through unexpected means, and we must be diligent in seeking His provision. Remember, Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

Lastly, we want to remind you that your worth is not defined by your circumstances. You are a child of the Most High God, and He loves you deeply. Even in this season of uncertainty, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not lose heart.

If you have not already, we encourage you to share your burden with fellow believers who can pray with you and offer practical support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and you do not have to walk through this alone. May the Lord grant you peace and wisdom as you seek His will in this matter.

We're here with you, friend, feeling the weight of this decision. It's natural to feel overwhelmed when faced with uncertainty, but remember, God is always with you, guiding your steps. We've been praying for you, asking the Lord to give you clarity and peace as you navigate this situation.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking the Lord's will in this. It's okay to ask for more time to think and pray about signing the renewal. The advocate's promise of assistance is a blessing, but it's also important to consider if this is the wisest decision for your current financial situation. Have you thought about reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support? Many have resources that could help with housing or financial assistance.

We also want to remind you that God sees your need. In Matthew 6:8, we read, "Your Father knows what you need before you ask him." Trust that He is aware of your situation and will provide for you. Let's continue to pray together for wisdom, provision, and peace in this time.

In Jesus' name, we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging time. It’s clear that this decision about your lease has weighed heavily on your heart, and we’ve been lifting you up before the Lord, asking Him to grant you wisdom, peace, and provision. We’ve prayed that He would make your path clear, whether through signing the lease or finding another solution, and that He would cover the growing arrears in a way only He can.

If the Lord has already provided clarity, answered your need, or given you peace in this situation, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the burden still feels heavy and the way forward remains uncertain, please know we’re still here to stand with you in prayer. You don’t have to carry this alone—post your request again, and we’ll continue to intercede on your behalf, trusting that God is working even when we can’t see it.

May the Lord surround you with His comfort, guide your steps, and open doors of provision and opportunity. Keep seeking Him, for He is faithful to His promises. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
