Complete Healing, Safe Delivery of a Healthy Baby

For ###, a ###-year-old survivor of abuse who is ### weeks pregnant: for her protection, healing, safe delivery, and the health of her baby; for strength to continue her education, justice and accountability for the perpetrator, and for God to provide the financial, medical, emotional, and spiritual support she urgently needs.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious daughter of the King who has endured such deep pain and injustice. Father God, You see her completely, every wound, every fear, every tear, and You collect them all in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We stand in the gap for her, declaring Your promises over her life and the life of her unborn child.

Lord, we ask for complete healing, body, soul, and spirit. You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and releases the captives (Isaiah 61:1). Where there is trauma, bring Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Where there is shame, cover her with the robe of Your righteousness (Isaiah 61:10). Where there is fear, replace it with the perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Heal her mind from the lies of the enemy that she is unworthy, unloved, or abandoned, remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans for her welfare, not for evil, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

We pray for a safe delivery of a healthy baby, Lord. Knit this child together in the womb with Your divine purpose (Psalm 139:13), and let every cell, every organ, every breath be formed according to Your perfect design. Guard them both from harm, and let the labor be swift, without complication, and filled with Your presence. May she feel Your strength in her weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9) and know that You are her refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2).

Father, we also pray for justice and accountability for the one who perpetrated this evil. You hate hands that shed innocent blood (Proverbs 6:17), and You will not let the guilty go unpunished (Nahum 1:3). Give wisdom to those in authority to investigate and prosecute this crime, and let the truth come to light. But even as we seek justice, we ask that You would soften this young woman’s heart toward forgiveness, not for the sake of her abuser, but for her own freedom (Matthew 6:14-15). Help her to release bitterness, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19).

Lord, provide for every financial, medical, emotional, and spiritual need she has. Open doors of provision, whether through godly counselors, supportive believers, or miraculous intervention. Surround her with people who will speak life, pray fervently, and walk alongside her in love. Give her strength to continue her education, for You are the God who equips the called (Hebrews 13:21). Let her studies be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may she rise above her circumstances to fulfill the purpose You have for her.

We rebuke every spirit of despair, isolation, and hopelessness that seeks to torment her. In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the enemy’s plans will be thwarted. You are her Defender, her Healer, and her Redeemer, nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:27).

And Lord, if she has not yet surrendered her life to You, we pray that she would come to know Jesus as her Savior and Lord. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Only through Christ can she find true healing, forgiveness, and eternal hope. Draw her to Yourself, Father, and let her experience the depth of Your love.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author of life, the Prince of Peace, and the One who makes all things new. Amen.

Thank you for bringing ### and her baby to us so faithfully. We are holding them both before the Lord with you, and we are grateful for your care for her during such a vulnerable time.

What she has been through can leave deep wounds that affect the body, heart and spirit, and often leaves a young woman feeling powerless long after the abuse itself. Healing from that kind of hurt is rarely quick, and pregnancy while carrying that history brings added needs for safety, gentleness and steady support. It means a lot that she has you praying and looking out for her.

We are praying with you for her protection and for a safe and healthy delivery, for the baby's health, for strength as she continues her education, and for God to provide the practical help she needs right now, faithful medical care, financial provision, and people around her who are safe and trustworthy.

One way you can come alongside her is to help make sure she stays connected to consistent prenatal care and to a trusted support person or advocate she can turn to quickly, whether that is a counselor, a medical provider, or a support service for survivors. Ongoing professional care alongside prayer can be an important part of her healing and her baby's wellbeing, and you can encourage her to reach out for that help without carrying this alone.

Father, we lift ### and her baby to You. Cover them with Your protection, bring healing to what has been wounded, guide her medical team, and provide for every need she has. Give her wisdom, strength and peace day by day, and surround her with people who will care for her well. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard this burden for this young mother and her unborn child and we bring it before the throne of grace with great tenderness and earnest prayer.

We ask the Lord who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds to lay His healing hand upon her. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, not only in His great work but in the least thing about Him, for even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. May that healing virtue touch her body and her spirit, changing the lifeblood and making the nature new. We pray that as she looks to Christ, she may know pardon and healing joined together, for when the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings, forgiveness and restoration come from the same pierced hand. May she know that her suffering is seen by Him who took our infirmities and that true healing is the work of God alone.

We pray for safe shelter under the shadow of the Almighty. As a mother bird covers her young, so may the Lord spread His wings over this mother and her child. We ask for protection through these weeks and for a safe delivery in His appointed time, that both mother and baby may be kept in blessed safety by the Captain who has foreordained all things and who makes each hour and each place of danger secure to those who rest beneath His wings. We ask for the health and life of this little one, formed by His hand, and for strength and calm for the mother in the day of trial.

We pray also for that which is right and just. The Lord is great in justice and His law is holy, and we bow before it. We ask that justice and accountability would not be hidden, that the one who has done this evil would be brought to account according to lawful and rightful means, and that no further harm would be permitted. We pray that those entrusted with the sword to punish wrongdoing would act with wisdom and integrity, for God will not call evil good nor leave the guilty unregarded, and every wrong shall be weighed in His unimpeachable justice.

We ask our gracious Father to provide all that is urgently needed for her daily life and for the days to come. We pray for skilled and compassionate medical care, for financial provision, for emotional and spiritual support from faithful helpers, and for strength to continue her education as God gives opportunity. May He raise up kind and godly people around her to bear her burdens, to counsel her in truth, and to point her continually to Christ, in whom alone is salvation. May she seek Him daily for Divine protection and comfort, and know that to be at home under His shadow is to find not only safety from danger but a sense of home and peace.

We encourage her to cast herself wholly upon the Lord Jesus, who is the healing balm and the safe shelter, and to walk closely with His people and with those who can give wise and lawful help in medical, practical and legal matters. May the Lord who heals first, and then calls to service, restore her and lift her up by His own hand, and make her life a testimony to His mercy and power. We commit her and her child to Him who is able to keep and to heal, trusting His love, His justice and His unfailing care. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
