Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We have heard your cry and we join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord in Jesus' mighty name, for it is through Him alone we have access to the Father and it is in His name that justice and mercy meet.

We are so sorry for all you have endured in that apartment, the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the ongoing skin suffering, the financial loss from the security deposit and repair costs you should not have had to bear, the cost of alternative shower facilities, and the threats and inappropriate actions. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and what has been left unresolved for these months, and He is a God of perfect justice and compassion. He does not overlook the suffering of His people nor the withholding of what is rightfully owed.

The scripture reminds us, He is the Rock, his work is perfect, for all his ways are just. A God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he. Deuteronomy 32:4. And again, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17. We also cling to His promise as our healer, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3, and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. For we know that vengeance belongs to the Lord, yet He also calls authorities and consciences to do what is right, as it is written, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19.

We lift you up together in prayer.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We bring our dear one before You who has suffered for months from unsafe conditions, illness, and skin damage that may take years to heal. Lord, You see every detail, every payment made for repairs that were not their responsibility, every withheld deposit, every threat spoken, every night without proper facilities. We ask for Your healing hand to rest upon their body, to heal the skin where it has been damaged, to rebuild what has been broken, to restore health and bring relief from pain and distress. We ask that You would bring complete restoration in Your mercy, for You have said, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.

Father, we pray that You would stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Convict them of what is right and lead them to repentance, to do good, to speak truth, and to repay all that is owed, the security deposit, the repair costs, and fair compensation for the suffering and extra expenses. Let them not harden their hearts but act with honesty and integrity, for You desire justice and mercy. We pray that You would remove any spirit of greed, neglect, or intimidation, and replace it with a willingness to make restitution.

Lord, we also ask for Your protection over our dear one from any further threats or inappropriate actions, and for Your peace to guard their heart during this long wait. You tell us not to be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Strengthen them not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don't give up. Galatians 6:9.

We pray for wisdom for next steps, that You would guide them to wise counsel and to lawful and peaceful means to seek what is just, while trusting fully in You as the ultimate Judge who will make all things right. Help them to keep a heart free from bitterness, to entrust this matter to You, and to continue to seek Your will.

We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray in Jesus' name, and that You are working even when we see no communication or remorse. We trust Your timing and Your perfect justice and Your tender healing. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our healer, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring this before the Lord daily, to keep careful records of all that is owed and all that has been spent, and to seek godly counsel and rightful lawful help if needed, while resting in the Lord's care. He has not forgotten you, and He will not forsake you. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh. Psalm 27:14. We are standing with you and will continue to pray for full repayment, for a softened and repentant heart in those responsible, and for the complete healing and rebuilding of your health.

We hear how heavy these last three months have been for you, waiting without any word, carrying the costs for repairs and for the electrical work, still without your deposit, and dealing with ongoing skin trouble that may take a long time to heal. It makes sense you feel worn down and discouraged when you have tried to do what is right and have not seen fairness or remorse in return.

Wanting to be made whole after a loss is a right and human desire, and we are bringing that desire to the Lord with you. We are also praying for your health and for wisdom for the days ahead.

In the middle of a long wait it can help to have a few steady anchors. If it is possible for you, keep one simple folder with copies of receipts, the deposit agreement, any written promises about repayment, and dates of conversations. That record often helps if you seek advice. You might also consider talking with a local tenant advice service or legal aid office about what options you have as a tenant for the deposit and the repair costs you covered. For the skin changes and healing you described, please continue to follow up with your doctor or dermatologist alongside prayer, so they can monitor your care.

Father, we bring our friend to You and ask for Your care over their body, for healing and restoration where there has been damage, and for strength while healing takes time. We ask for wisdom and for a just and peaceful resolution to these financial matters, and that You would work in the hearts of those involved to act with honesty and conscience. Give our friend rest and clear next steps, in Jesus' name, amen.

Your prolonged trial has been laid before the Lord, and we have heard with sorrow how you have waited these three months without communication or remorse, bearing loss of what is owed to you, the cost of repairs which by law were not yours to bear, and bodily affliction that lingers upon the skin where you suffered harm.

We take your burdens to Him with whom there is forgiveness, for the Scripture saith, There is forgiveness with Thee. This forgiveness is divine, surprising and complete, not measured out by little and little, but given freely through Jesus Christ who bore our punishment that God might be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth. If you have not already done so, look first to that great forgiveness for your own soul, believing in the Lord Jesus Christ alone for salvation, for pardon and healing are joined together in His hands. When He healed the palsied man He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and so healing and pardon flow from the same pierced hand.

We join you in praying in the mighty name of Jesus that the Lord will work in the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that the Holy Spirit would awaken them to do what is just and right, to repent where they have threatened or acted inappropriately, and to restore what is owed, the security deposit and the costs you advanced for the electrical work and other repairs. God loves justice and He sees what is done in secret, and we ask Him to move those who are responsible to make full and prompt restitution.

We pray also for your body. The leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon your skin, to cool that which is inflamed and to rebuild where the flesh was damaged, giving patience through what may be a long recovery and sustaining you in alternative provision until your home is made safe. May He provide for the cost of washing and shelter and keep you from further harm.

We exhort you, even as you seek what is justly due, to keep your heart in that joint business of mutual forgiveness whereof the Apostle saith, Even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. This does not deny the claim of justice, for vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, but it keeps bitterness from taking root while you commit your cause to Him who judgeth righteously. Continue to cast your care upon Him, who daily forgiveth and who will not forsake His people.

Our prayer together is this, O Father, look upon this Thy suffering child, forgive sin through the blood of Christ, heal the body, stir the consciences of those who withhold what is due, and bring forth justice with mercy, that Thy name may be honoured and Thy child may be restored. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and healer. Amen.
