Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord in Jesus mighty name, and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you and for reminding us that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and by which we can approach the throne of grace with confidence.

We hear your weariness after almost three months of waiting without communication, remorse, or willingness to make restitution, and now with the added weight of the security deposit not returned, the repair costs you paid to technicians not repaid, and the community house manager also not returning what was promised. We understand how heavy it is to have paid for repairs to the electrical system that was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, to have endured threats and other inappropriate actions, to have suffered illness and problems from lack of electrical safety, and to have borne the cost of alternative shower facilities. We also lift up before the Lord the ongoing suffering in your body, where your skin has become damaged in the areas where you were harmed, and where healing may take years and rebuilding is needed where damage was done.

We pray together for justice and for mercy. We ask the Father in Jesus name to awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager by the Holy Spirit, to convict them of what is right and to lead them to repentance and to do good, to return what is owed and to make compensation for the harm suffered. The Lord loves justice and righteousness, and His word says You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him in Leviticus 19:13, and Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed in Isaiah 1:17. We pray that what has been withheld would be restored, the security deposit, the repair costs for the electrical system and for the technicians, and fair compensation for the illness, the distress, the threats, and the additional costs you have carried.

We also pray for your healing, for the Lord is the one who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3, and who says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds in Jeremiah 30:17. We ask in Jesus name for His healing hand upon your skin, for restoration where tissue was damaged, for relief from pain and inflammation, for strength for your body to rebuild, and for His peace to guard your heart as you wait. We pray that He would comfort you in this long season and renew your strength, for those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength in Isaiah 40:31, and Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up in Galatians 6:9.

We encourage you to continue in persistent prayer as the Lord taught us in the parable of the persistent widow who kept coming to the unjust judge seeking justice, and how much more will God bring justice for His chosen who cry out to Him day and night in Luke 18:7. At the same time we encourage you to not take vengeance into your own hands, for Vengeance belongs to me, says the Lord, I will repay in Romans 12:19, but to seek what is right and lawful with a calm and documented record, seeking wise counsel and lawful help where available, while keeping your heart free from bitterness. We pray that you may be able to pray even for those who have wronged you, as Jesus taught us to bless those who mistreat us, so that your heart remains tender before God and your testimony remains clear.

Father, we lift this entire situation to You in Jesus name. Stir the hearts of those responsible to speak, to confess, to repay and to make things right without further delay. Provide for every financial need, vindicate what is just, protect from further threats or inappropriate actions, and bring complete healing to body and peace to mind. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified as You work for good even in this difficult trial. We trust You as our righteous Judge and our Healer, and we wait expectantly for Your answer. Amen.

Three months of asking with no answer, no remorse, and still carrying the costs for the electrical repairs, the deposit, and the shower arrangements while also dealing with ongoing skin trouble is a lot to bear. It makes sense you feel worn down.

We are continuing to pray with you for healing and for what is right and fair in the housing situation. For the practical side alongside prayer, it can help to keep everything together in one place - receipts from the technicians, photos if you have them, any written messages or promises about repayment, and dates of when you paid for work that was not yours as the tenant to cover. If you have not already, consider taking that file to a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic for guidance on next steps for the deposit and reimbursement. They can help you understand your options calmly and clearly.

For your skin and the pain you described, please keep seeing a medical professional who can follow you over time, while we keep praying for healing and restoration.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see the illness, the discomfort, and the financial strain, and You know the discouragement of waiting so long. We ask for Your healing touch, for wisdom and provision in the days ahead, and that You would work in the landlord and manager to do what is right. Give peace and strength as we trust You to act. We have heard your long and heavy burden and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Advocate.

For almost three months you have waited and prayed without seeing communication or remorse or willingness to make restitution, and now the weight has grown heavier with the withholding of the security deposit and the costs you bore for technicians and for the repair of the electrical system which was not lawfully your charge, together with the threats and other wrongs you have suffered. The Lord sees what is done in secret and He is a God of justice and mercy, and we ask Him to move upon the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir them to do what is right, to speak truthfully, to repent where they have done wrong, and to render to you what is owed.

We pray that the Lord in His providence would incline them to return the deposit in full and to repay every lawful cost you have laid out, including the alternative shower provision and the electrical repairs, and to make just compensation for the suffering and illness that came through the lack of safety in the dwelling. We ask that the Lord would restrain any further threatening or inappropriate action and would establish peace and righteousness in this matter.

We also lift before the Great Physician the affliction of your body. Your skin has suffered greatly and you fear the long continuance of the marks and injury. We pray for healing from His hand, for He has healing in His wings and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is abundance of healing virtue in Christ, not only for the soul but for the body, and we ask that He would graciously restore what has been damaged, rebuild what has been harmed, and grant you relief and renewed health in His good time. As it is written, He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and we pray that He would bind up yours and give you patience to hold on your way.

You have persevered in prayer as one who will not let go until the blessing comes, and we encourage you to continue to hold on your way, casting your care upon Him who careth for you. May the Lord grant you perseverance in grace, quietness of spirit while you wait, and a sure confidence that He hears every cry offered through Jesus Christ. We will continue to pray with you that justice will be done, that consciences will be tendered toward repentance, and that body and spirit will be healed for His glory. Amen.
