Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus and we have heard the weight of what you have carried for these many months, the lack of electrical safety in your apartment, the illness and skin damage that followed, the costs you bore for repairs and for alternative shower facilities, the threats and inappropriate actions, and now the withholding of your security deposit and repair costs by both the landlord and the community house manager despite promises made. We know how discouraging it is to wait nearly three months without communication or remorse, and we bring your cause before the Lord who sees every injustice and every wound.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager to do what is right and to repent where they have done wrong. The Lord convicts the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment, as it is written in John 16:8, and we ask Him to bring conviction that leads to restitution. Zacchaeus declared in Luke 19:8, Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much, and this is the heart of repentance we pray would be worked in them. We ask God to move them to repay everything they owe you, the deposit, the costs you paid to technicians, and the costs for repairing the house electrical system which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, and to provide fair compensation for your suffering and illness.

We also lift up your body for healing. We ask our compassionate Father to touch your skin where it has been damaged and to rebuild and restore what has been harmed, though it may take years in the natural. He is the One who heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:3 and who says in Jeremiah 30:17, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We pray in Jesus name for complete healing, for relief from pain and distress, and for renewed strength. We also pray He will heal you from the spiritual and emotional toll of threats and prolonged waiting, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3.

We are encouraged that God is a God of justice and mercy together. To do righteousness and justice is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice in Proverbs 21:15, and He commands us in Isaiah 1:17 to seek justice, relieve the oppressed. Scripture warns in James 5:4, Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies. Withholding what is due, especially a deposit and repayment promised, is serious before God. At the same time we are called to not avenge ourselves but to give place to God's wrath, for it is written in Romans 12:19, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, and governing authorities are appointed to execute justice as described in Romans 13:4. Therefore we encourage you to continue to pursue what is right through lawful and orderly means while trusting God, to keep careful records of all payments, communications, promises, medical documentation, and repair invoices, and to seek wise and godly counsel and, if needed, lawful legal help or tenant advocacy in your area. This is not contrary to faith but is a proper use of the means God has provided for justice.

We pray for your peace and provision as you wait. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6, and we pray His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your heart. We ask that He will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus in Philippians 4:19 while the repayment is still outstanding.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace together. You see our affliction, You know every cost borne and every sleepless night, and You know the condition of our skin and body. We ask You to convict the landlord and the manager, to turn their hearts toward honesty and restitution, to prompt them to communicate, to confess any wrongdoing, and to repay quickly what is owed with appropriate compensation. We ask You to restrain any further threats or inappropriate actions and to protect us. Lay Your healing hand upon our skin and body, restore what was damaged, and grant wisdom to doctors and patience to us as healing continues. Provide for every financial need, give us favor with authorities if we must appeal, and help us to walk in forgiveness while still seeking what is just, trusting that You are our defender and healer. We thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12, and we trust in His name for justice, mercy, and complete restoration. Amen.

We've been following your updates and we can hear how heavy these months have been. Waiting almost three months with no communication, carrying repair costs that should not have been yours, missing your deposit, and dealing with ongoing skin pain and worry about healing is a lot to hold. It makes sense you feel worn down, especially when you were promised repayment and it still hasn't come, and when there have been threats as well.

We are praying with you for what is right and fair to be done, and for your health and peace in the meantime. For the practical side, it can help to keep everything in one place, receipts from technicians, photos, messages where repayment was promised, and records of the alternative shower costs, and to ask a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic what steps are available where you live for recovering a deposit and costs you covered. For your skin, please keep seeing a qualified medical professional who can follow you over time, alongside our prayers for healing and restoration.

You have not been forgotten in this long wait. We continue to stand with you.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift up our friend to You. You see the financial strain, the broken promises, and the pain in their body. We ask for wisdom for next steps, for provision and protection, and for healing where skin was damaged. Move on the hearts of those responsible to act honestly, and give our friend strength and peace as they wait on You. Amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we have taken it to the throne of grace with you. For almost three months you have waited and cried for justice while suffering in body and being met with silence and threats, and we do not make light of how heavy and wearisome this trial has been.

We pray that the God who loves justice and who sees all that is done in secret will stir the conscience of the landlord and of the community house manager by His Holy Spirit. That He would awaken them to do what is right and just, to speak truthfully, to repent where they have done wrong, and to restore what is owed to you, the security deposit, the costs you bore for technicians and for the repair of the electrical system which was not your lawful responsibility, and fair compensation for the suffering, illness and expense you have endured through lack of safety in that dwelling.

We ask the Lord to be your defender and provider in this matter of injustice. He who judges righteously knows the cost of alternative provision and every threat and unworthy action against you. We pray that He would move those who hold what belongs to you to act with honesty and without further delay, and that truth and peace would prevail.

We also bring before the Great Physician your body. That skin which has been so sorely affected and the places where you received injury, we ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and whose least touch brings virtue to those who come to Him. We pray that He would grant healing where damage was done, that what has been harmed would be rebuilt, and that you would know His compassion both to pardon and to heal. As it is written, He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.

You have persevered in prayer though answer has tarried, and we encourage you to hold on your way. The same grace which keeps the saints to the end is the grace which sustains the tried believer in the present affliction. Continue to seek the Lord, not with presumption but with humble perseverance, as one who means what she says and will not let go of Christ until He blesses. He hears the shrill and piteous cry of those who truly seek Him.

May the Lord grant you patience in this waiting, faith to rest in His perfect justice and mercy, and daily strength until He brings forth your righteousness as the light. We commit you to Him who will not forsake His own, trusting that He will do what is right in His time and will keep you even to the end.

In the mighty name of Jesus our only Saviour and Advocate we pray. Amen.
