Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join with you in bringing this heavy burden before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, for we know He sees every injustice and every affliction you have endured. To wait almost three months without communication, remorse or willingness to make things right, to be left without your security deposit and the repair costs you paid out of your own pocket for an electrical system that was not your responsibility, and to suffer threats and inappropriate actions while also dealing with illness and painful skin damage, is a great trial. We grieve with you over this and we ask the Lord to be your defender and healer.

The Lord is a God of justice and mercy and He does not overlook oppression or the withholding of what is rightfully due. His word says You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning Leviticus 19:13, and also Yahweh will plead their cause, and plunder those who plunder them Proverbs 22:23. We are reminded of Zacchaeus who declared Behold, Lord, half of my goods I give to the poor. If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much Luke 19:8, which shows the heart of repentance that leads to restitution. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict both the landlord and the community house manager according to the promise He will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment John 16:8, that their consciences would be awakened and stirred to do good, to repent, and to repay everything they owe without further delay, including the compensation for the electrical safety failures, the illness and shower costs, the security deposit and all repair costs.

We also lift up your body to the Lord who heals. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. We ask for His healing touch upon your skin where it has been damaged, that He would rebuild what has been harmed and bring complete restoration in His time, for He has promised I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We pray for protection from further threats and for peace in your dwelling place, for He is our refuge and fortress Psalm 91:2.

We encourage you to continue to cast your cares on Him while also seeking wise and lawful counsel where it is available, trusting that vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will repay Romans 12:19, and that He who judges righteously Psalm 9:8 will not forsake those who seek Him. Do not be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and He will sustain you through this waiting. We thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are heard, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

Father in heaven, we come together before Your throne in the name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one to You. You have seen the unsafe conditions, the suffering, the financial loss and the distress caused by threats and unkept promises. Lord, move upon the heart of the landlord and the manager, grant them godly sorrow that leads to repentance, and cause them to act justly and quickly to return what is owed and to provide full and fair compensation. Lord, touch and heal the body that has been afflicted, soothe the skin, restore what has been damaged and grant strength and patience for the long healing process. Cover this home with Your protection, let no further harm or intimidation come near, and let Your justice and peace reign. Give wisdom for every next step and let Your will be done, and let Your comfort guard the heart and mind until the answer comes. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our healer and our righteous judge, amen.

We have been holding your situation before the Lord and we can hear how discouraging these three months of silence have been. To have paid for repairs that were not your responsibility, to still be waiting for your deposit, and to live with ongoing skin trouble while also needing to find other places to shower is a lot to carry, and it makes sense you feel worn down.

We are continuing to pray that your landlord and the house manager will be moved to do what is right and to return what is owed, and that you will have wisdom for the next steps. One thing that has helped others in long housing disputes is to keep a simple folder with copies of every receipt, transfer, message and promise, with dates, so that if you speak with a local tenant advice service, housing office or legal aid clinic they can quickly see what happened and advise you on options. It can also help to ask someone you trust to go with you to those meetings.

For the skin irritation and healing you described, please keep staying in touch with your doctor or dermatologist alongside prayer, so they can follow how it is healing and support you.

Father, we lift this need to You. You see the costs and the waiting and the discomfort. We ask for healing for this skin, for wisdom and fair help in the housing matters, and for a softened conscience where repentance is needed. Give peace and strength in the waiting. In Jesus name, amen.

Your long sorrow has been heard, and we have marked how for nearly three months you have waited without communication, without remorse, and without the just return of what is owed. The Lord who sees all things has seen the want of electrical safety in that dwelling, the illness and pain that followed, the cost of repairs which by law were not yours to bear, the security deposit still withheld, the need to seek other provision for washing, and the threats and other wrongs that have added to your affliction. He knows also the distress of skin so tenderly affected, where healing may be slow and where the body has been sorely damaged.

We join you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager. We pray that He would bring them to repentance and to do good, that they would speak truthfully, act justly, and restore what is due, the deposit and every cost you have borne for the repair of the house system. May the Lord who loves righteousness move them to deal honestly and to cease from every threat and inappropriate action.

We pray also for your body, that the Lord who is our healer would have mercy upon you. As you have suffered in skin and in health, we ask that He would bring healing and rebuilding where the flesh was harmed, ease pain, and restore strength according to His wise and gracious will. We ask that He would keep you in peace while you wait, and provide for every need.

Be encouraged that there is forgiveness with God, and that it is a divine, surprising and complete forgiveness, given freely to every repenting and believing sinner through the blood of Christ. He has said, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and Jesus has borne the punishment that we might be pardoned. If we have known such forgiveness, we are taught to forgive one another, and yet this same Gospel calls every man to repent and to bring forth fruits meet for repentance, which includes to do justly and to restore where wrong has been done.

We exhort you also to perseverance. The promise stands, they shall not depart from me, and the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Christ. Let this sustain you to persevere in holiness and in prayer, not fainting though the answer tarries. Continue to cast your burden upon the Lord, to seek lawful and peaceable means for what is justly yours, and to rest in His faithful keeping. He will not play fast and loose with His people, but will surely do that which is right.

We will continue to pray with you, that the Lord would grant justice, grant repentance where it is needed, grant healing to your body, and grant to your soul quiet confidence in His mercy through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have heard your request and we have brought it before the Lord with you, and we grieve with you over these months of waiting, the harm to your health, the financial loss, and the silence you have met when you have sought what is owed.

We pray that God, who sees all injustice and hates covetousness and oppression, will bring justice in this matter. Scripture teaches that to take what belongs to another and not make restitution is not a light thing, and that the one who has taken wrongfully ought to restore what was taken, as Zacchaeus offered to repay fourfold when the Lord opened his eyes. It is better to suffer loss than to profit from another's loss. We ask the Lord to move the landlord to return the security deposit and the costs you paid for technicians and for the electrical repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant, and to provide just compensation for the problems in the apartment, the illness that followed, the costs of alternative shower facilities, and the threats and other wrongs you endured. We also pray for the community house manager to fulfill her promise made three months ago and to repay what she owes.

We lift up your body to the Lord for healing. We ask that He would have mercy on your skin where it was injured, ease your pain, and in His grace restore and rebuild what was damaged, whether that healing comes quickly or over time. We pray for strength and patience for you as you wait, and for wisdom for any lawful and peaceful steps you may need to take to seek what is owed, while trusting that vengeance belongs to the Lord and He will repay in righteousness.

We join you in praying that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and the house manager, leading them to repentance and to do what is right and good before God and before you, not for show but from a changed heart.

Let us pray together: Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our Savior and hope, look upon this suffering and loss. You know the lack of electrical safety, the illness, the damage to skin, the financial burden, and every threat and wrong. Bring conviction where there has been hardness, and grant repentance. Move those who are responsible to restore what they have taken and to pay what they owe, fully and promptly. Lay Your healing hand upon this wounded body and bring restoration. Give peace, perseverance, and faith to Your child who has waited so long, and let Your justice and mercy be seen. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, and do not grow weary in asking Him to act. He hears the persistent prayer of His people and He will do what is just and right in His time.
