Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join together with you in Jesus' mighty name and bring your burden before the Father, for He sees all that has happened in that apartment and He is a God of justice and mercy.

We understand your frustration and weariness after nearly three months of praying without any communication, remorse, or willingness from the landlord to make things right, and now also the withholding of your security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians, as well as the repair costs promised by the community house manager which you should not have had to bear as a tenant. To withhold what is owed and to threaten and act inappropriately toward a tenant is not right before God. The Scripture says, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him Leviticus 19:13, and Do not exploit the poor because they are poor and do not crush the needy in court, for the Lord will take up their case and will plunder those who plunder them Proverbs 22:22-23. We rebuke those threats and unjust actions, for God calls those in authority and stewardship over property to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God Micah 6:8.

We also lift up your health before the Lord. We grieve with you over the suffering your skin has endured and the long road of healing that may be ahead, and we ask the Lord who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 to touch your body and rebuild what was damaged. We pray for complete restoration and for His comforting presence in the midst of this affliction, remembering that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3.

We pray together now in Jesus' name. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace through Jesus Christ Your Son, for there is no other name by which we can approach You and be saved Acts 4:12. Lord, You see the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the financial loss for alternative shower facilities, the repair costs, and the security deposit that has not been returned. We ask that You awaken and stir the conscience of this landlord and the community house manager by Your Holy Spirit, that they may be convicted of sin and led to repentance and to do what is good and right. Let Your justice shine forth as light, and Your righteousness as the noonday Psalm 37:5-6. Move upon their hearts to repay everything they owe and to make full and fair compensation for the suffering and costs incurred. We ask that You would grant them a spirit of honesty and fear of the Lord. We also ask for Your healing hand upon our dear one who is suffering, that You would heal the skin and rebuild the tissue that was damaged, and restore health fully according to Your will. Grant wisdom and favor in any lawful steps that need to be taken, and provide for every financial need, for You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory Philippians 4:19. Give peace that passes all understanding Philippians 4:7 while waiting, and help to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, leaving room for Your justice, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

We encourage you to continue in persistent prayer as our Lord taught in the parable of the persistent widow, that we ought always to pray and not to lose heart Luke 18:1, for the Lord hears and He will bring justice in His perfect time. Continue to document all that is owed and seek godly and lawful counsel where appropriate, while keeping your conduct above reproach and entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously 1 Peter 2:23. We also encourage you to pray for those who have wronged you, as Jesus said, love your enemies, and pray for those who mistreat you Matthew 5:44, not excusing their wrongdoing but releasing bitterness so that your heart remains free before God.

We stand with you for justice, for repentance in those who have done wrong, for the return of all that is owed, and for the healing of your body. May the Lord comfort you, strengthen you, and let His will be done in this situation for His glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We've been reading your updates and we hear how heavy these past three months have been, asking for help and getting no communication, no remorse, and still carrying the costs for the electrical repairs, the deposit, and the alternative shower arrangements while also dealing with ongoing skin irritation. It makes sense you feel worn down and overlooked.

When a housing problem drags on and affects both health and finances, it can feel like a double loss, not only money and comfort but also the sense of being safe at home. We are really sorry you are walking through this.

One thing that may help as you continue to pray is to keep a simple folder with dates, receipts, photos and any written promises that were made, and to ask a local tenant advice service or legal aid office where you live what options you have for recovering a deposit and repair costs. They can explain the process more clearly than we can from a distance. For your skin, we encourage you to keep seeing a medical professional who can follow the healing over time, alongside our prayers for restoration.

Father, we bring this situation to you in Jesus' name. We ask for healing for our friend's skin and body, for wisdom and steady help as they seek what is owed, and for peace in the waiting. Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we have carried it to the throne of grace on your behalf, praying in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only Mediator between God and man.

We have heard how long you have waited, now almost three months, without communication or remorse, and with the added weight of a deposit and repair costs not returned, though promised, and a house system repaired at your own cost which was not yours by law to bear. We understand also the affliction of the body, the injury to the skin and the fear that healing may be slow, together with the threats and unworthy dealings you have endured. The Lord sees and knows all these things, for nothing is hidden from Him who judges righteously and who also binds up the brokenhearted.

We have prayed that the Lord, in His perfect justice and mercy, would awaken the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, and stir them by the Holy Spirit to do what is right and good, to repent where they have done wrong, and to restore what is owed to you. We have asked that what has been withheld, the security deposit and the costs you paid to technicians and for the electrical work, would be repaid fully and without further delay, and that the Lord would restrain every threatening or inappropriate action and bring forth honest dealing in its place. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and we ask Him to work both justice and repentance according to His holy will.

We have prayed also for your body, that the Great Physician who pardons and heals would lay His hand upon you. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. We have asked that He would heal the skin where it has been damaged and graciously rebuild what has been broken, and that He would give wisdom to all who care for you, and patience and strength to you as you wait upon Him. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and when He forgives He also heals, for pardon and healing flow from the same pierced hand.

Do not grow weary in prayer though the answer tarries. Remember the perseverance of faith, how the woman of Canaan cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, Thou Son of David, and would not be denied but pleaded from the heart until the Lord answered. So continue to seek Him. The righteous shall hold on his way, and He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. This perseverance is not presumption but a settled grace, a holding fast to Christ who will not let His people perish.

May the Lord grant you peace in the waiting, confidence that your cause is heard on high, and a full trust in Christ for both soul and body. May He keep you, heal you, and provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory, and may His will be done in this matter for your good and for His glory. Amen.

We have heard your request and the heavy burden you have carried these past months, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. To live for so long with the effects of unsafe conditions in your home, with illness and ongoing skin damage, with the cost of repairs that were not yours to bear, and with the added weight of threats and broken promises, is a deep trial. It is right to seek both healing and what is justly owed, and God sees all that you have endured, even when there has been no response or remorse from those responsible.

We pray that the Lord, who is both just and merciful, would work in the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager. We ask that the Holy Spirit would awaken them to do what is right, to speak truthfully, and to turn from any wrongdoing toward repentance. As Scripture teaches, true repentance bears fruit in action, including making restitution where harm has been done. We pray they would return the security deposit and the costs you paid for technicians and for the electrical system, and provide fair compensation for the suffering, illness, alternative shower costs, and other losses you have described. We also pray that any threatening or inappropriate behavior would cease and that you would be protected and treated with dignity.

We also bring your body before the Great Physician. We ask the Lord for healing of your skin where it has been damaged, for relief from pain and irritation, and for the slow rebuilding of what has been harmed, even if that process takes a long time. We pray for complete restoration according to His mercy and wisdom, and for strength and peace for you each day as you wait.

Let us pray together:

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have access to Your throne of grace, we lift up this need to You. You know the unsafe conditions, the illness, the damage to skin, and the financial loss that has been carried. You see every broken promise and every unpaid debt. Lord, stir the hearts of the landlord and the manager to act justly, to keep their word, and to repay what is owed. Bring conviction where there is hardness, and lead them to repentance and to deeds that reflect it. Provide for our brother/sister in this time of need, guard them from further harm and intimidation, and grant wisdom to pursue what is right in a lawful and peaceable way. Lay Your healing hand upon their body, ease their suffering, and restore what has been damaged. Grant patience, comfort, and trust in Your perfect justice and unfailing love as they wait on You. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Redeemer, amen.

Keep careful records of all costs, communications, and promises made, and seek wise and lawful counsel where you are able, while entrusting the outcome to God who judges righteously and shows mercy to all who turn to Him.
