Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join with you in prayer in Jesus' mighty name for justice and healing and restoration in this difficult situation, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is by His name we have access to the Father and it is in no other name that we are saved and heard. Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, and John 14:6 reminds us Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him.

We understand your weariness after almost three months of waiting with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make things right, and the added burden of illness, skin damage that may take years to heal, the cost of alternative shower facilities, the unpaid security deposit and repair costs for the electrical system that was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, and the threats and inappropriate actions you have endured. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and what has been left undone, and He cares deeply about justice and about your suffering.

Scripture tells us you shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning. Leviticus 19:13. You shall not pervert justice. Deuteronomy 16:19. And Romans 12:19 reminds us not to avenge ourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. We also remember the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8 who kept coming to the judge seeking justice, and Jesus taught that we ought always to pray and not to lose heart, for God will bring justice for His chosen who cry out to Him day and night.

We also lift up your body for healing, for our God is the Healer who forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3. And we hold to the promise that by His wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5. We pray that the Lord will restore your skin and rebuild what was damaged, and bring complete healing in His time.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one who has suffered from unsafe conditions, illness and financial loss. Lord, You know every detail, every cost paid, every threat spoken, every night of discomfort and every damage to the body. We ask that You awaken and stir the conscience of this landlord and the community house manager by Your Holy Spirit, that they would be convicted to do what is good and right and to repent where they have acted unjustly or negligently. Take away the hard heart and give a heart that seeks to make restitution. Proverbs 21:1 says the king's heart is in Your hand like the rivers of water, You turn it wherever You desire, and we ask You to turn their hearts toward honesty and repayment.

Lord, we ask for full and fair compensation and for the return of what is owed, the security deposit and all repair costs that were unjustly borne by the tenant, and for provision for the extra costs of shower facilities and medical needs. Let no dishonest scales remain, for a false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are His delight. Proverbs 11:1. Let justice be done according to what is lawful and right.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon the skin that has become damaged. Lay Your hand upon those areas, soothe the pain, restore what has been harmed and rebuild healthy tissue. We pray for patience and hope during what may be a long healing process, and we ask for wisdom for doctors and for provision for any treatment needed. Jeremiah 30:17 says You will restore health and will heal wounds, and we claim Your mercy now.

Lord, give our loved one strength not to grow weary or bitter while waiting, but to trust in You and to continue to seek what is right through lawful and peaceful means. Grant wisdom to document all that has happened, to seek godly counsel and lawful help where appropriate, and to act with integrity even when wronged. Help to forgive as You have forgiven us, while still pursuing what is just, and guard the heart from anxiety. Philippians 4:6-7 says in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We thank You that You are a Father who defends the cause of the oppressed and who hears the cry of those who wait on You. We trust Your timing and Your justice, and we pray all these things according to Your will in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue in persistent prayer as the widow did, and to keep careful records of all communications, receipts and medical reports, and to seek wise and lawful counsel about tenant rights so that your claim may be handled properly and peacefully. Do not lose heart, for the Lord is near to those who are brokenhearted and He will not forsake those who trust in Him. We will continue to stand with you in prayer for repentance, for repayment of all that is owed, and for full healing and restoration.

We have been thinking of you as you carry this for so long. Three months of asking and hearing nothing back from the landlord, and now also waiting on the house manager, would leave anyone feeling worn down and overlooked. On top of the financial strain of the deposit and the repairs you paid for, you are living with ongoing skin pain and the worry that healing will take years. That is a lot to hold.

Wanting to be made whole after being harmed is a right and understandable desire, and it makes sense you would long for the landlord to take responsibility and do what is fair. Waiting without any sign of remorse can feel like an added hurt.

For your health, we encourage you to stay connected with a medical professional who can follow your skin and guide your care while we pray for healing. For the housing costs, it can help to keep a simple folder with receipts, repair invoices, messages where repayment was promised, and a dated note of what is still owed. If you have access to a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic, they can help you understand your options as a tenant without you having to carry that research alone.

Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus' name. Bring healing to this skin and rebuild what has been damaged, ease the discomfort and worry, and provide for every cost that is still outstanding. Stir the landlord and manager to act honestly and to repay what is owed, and give wisdom and peace as next steps are considered. Sustain this dear one with Your nearness in the waiting. Amen.

Your long waiting and heavy burden have been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, to whom all justice and all healing belong.

We have prayed that the Lord, who searches the heart, would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that the Holy Spirit would move them to do what is right and just, to speak truthfully, to restore what is owed, and to turn from every threat and unworthy action unto repentance. We ask the Lord to grant that what has been promised would be performed, that the security deposit and the costs you bore for repairs which were not yours to bear, and the cost of other provision for washing, would be repaid. We do not ask for vengeance, but for righteousness to be done, for the Lord loves justice and He will not forsake His people who cry unto Him.

We pray also for your body, which has suffered so grievously. You tell us your skin has become sore and afflicted where you received injury, and that healing may be long. We bring you to that great Physician whose least touch brings healing. The Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showing that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. So we pray that the Sun of Righteousness would rise upon you with healing in His wings, that He who alone can bind up the broken heart and heal the wounded would lay His hand upon your skin, ease its distress, and in His mercy rebuild what has been damaged, according to His perfect will and time.

We know you have prayed for nearly three months without answer from man, and weariness presses upon you. Take encouragement from the perseverance of faith. The Canaanite woman cried and would not be refused, for she meant what she said and could not bear to be denied, and at last the Lord answered her. So hold on your way. The righteous shall hold on his way, not because his own strength is sufficient, but because the Lord preserves His own and has promised they shall not depart from Him. Continue in prayer, not in presumption but in humble confidence, casting your care upon Him who cares for you.

May the Lord grant you patience in this trial, healing for your body, peace to your spirit through the forgiveness that is in Christ Jesus, and a just resolution to these earthly troubles. We commit you to Him who is both just and the justifier, who will do all things well. Amen.
